Not reliable and unprofessional.
Charged £90 to repair weak signal. There web site says they diagnose, give a quote and then it's up to the customer if they wish to continue. However, he told me it was just a couple of wires that were touching the fitting (took a couple of mins to move them) and then charged me for a general repair. Tv was working though , so paid up. Within a couple of days same problem returned. Booked them to come back and they rang to cancel at 5pm on the day. Booked another day and 10am on the day they cancelled again, re-booked. 10.00am on that day, guess what? They cancelled again. My advice is avoid at all cost.
