Used M&H Carriers a couple times now all over the UK for my business deliveries to customers via pallet. Quotes are always quick, both customers delighted with the communication and drivers! A price that works for my business and a service that I can depend on has massively assisted us! Thank you.

Great service!

Just moved to Moray and M&H are the carriers other big companies use for the last leg of delivery. Had a furniture order being delivered by DHL and had to reschedule through M&H. Simple call to real people and job done. There delivery guys even waited at our address as I was late back from appointment. Their team were great to deal with and driver went over and above, delivering with great service.

Speeding in a 20mph zone

Not had this company deliver anything but today in Crail one of their vans hurled through the estate well in excess of the speed limit - there are children and pets here. Disgraceful.

DONT USE THIS CARRIER!!!!

Horrible. Esp Mark who keeps delivering in my area. Sick of this company and need to know in advance if I’m stuck with them as a carrier-bc I won’t order now if they’re used. But this one delivery driver is esp problematic over the years-most lethargic person walking upright in a role I’ve ever seen

So much better than the other courier…

So much better than the other courier service used in the highlands ..keep you up to date about your parcels progress .really friendly customer service team and brilliant courier..definitely a 5 star job

Ok so further update numerous calls and…

Ok so further update numerous calls and differing stories on my consignment as below 1. Just arrived in Monday AM will be with you tomorrow 2. Trying to locate the large package will be with you tomorrow- Tuesday 3. Still awaiting package arrival it never arrived yet, then changed to “we are searching warehouse for them”… Asked to speak to depot manager and it was oh none are here they are searching depot… feel sorry for persons answering calls as management must instruct them to lie lie lie and then lie more… managers won’t call themselves as too embarrassed to admit they are a shambles of a delivery courier company avoid at all costs this company

My order supposed to be delivered on…

My order supposed to be delivered on 23rd of April. Tracking system isn't helpful at all. Shows from 18th of April it was scanned in Inverness depot, when I called them they said not sure why was send to them and their redirect it to Aberdeen depot as it is their zone. Contacted Aberdeen depot unpleasant and not helpful man just said they don't have it and don't know where it is and brushed me of to contact seller. New update showed up on tracking (POD exempt and POD cleared) no parcel delivered and don't know where it is. It's big and heavy item is not like you can easily misplace it. Probably one of the worse delivery company I have to deal with. No communication between depots, delivering to wrong depot at first place. Not knowing where the parcel is or who exactly have it.

I wish I could give zero stars

Customer service has left me in tears. My friend who does not speak English missed the parcel delivery 2 times, dye to there being no message or email about delivery. I called the depo to ask about further steps and they said we have to collect it from the depo. My friend went to the depo and in the reception lady told her that she can't give her the parcel today. My friend only told me this when she was already back home. I called the depo simply to check why she was not able to collect today (maybe she didn't have the right paperwork or something). Instead the person on the phone told me that nobody has been to collect the parcel. Did not listen to me at all, refused to hear me and hang up on me. I then called my friend and double checked that they were at the correct address. She told me where she was, it was definitely their depo as the lady at the reception took her consignment number and sent her away. I called back again to understand what happened and why they sent them away. I also said that our line was interrupted, but he said that he hang up on me and that he will do it again. The guy said that I should stop lying and that nobody has been there. He was extremely rude, aggressive and absolutely horrible. He hung up again when I said that she has been and I just want to understand what happened. I was not angry or anything I was just trying to understand why they sent her away, to make sure we get the parcel next time we are there. He hung up again. Then I called again and the other guy picked up the phone. I explained the situation to him and asked if I could log a complaint because the previous guy was incredibly rude. He said that the rude guy was the manager and this guy was just as horrible and rude as his colleague. I am in absolute shock and disbelief. I talked calmly and explained that there must be a misunderstanding and that I just want for us to figure out what happened here. He was rude again so I just started crying. He told me that I am calling them and laughing at them. I WAS NOT LAUGHING I WAS CRYING. I told him that I am crying and not laughing and he hung up on me. This has been the most bizarre customer service experience in my life. I am in shock about how can anybody speak to anyone like this especially in customer service. I would never speak to any stranger the way he spoke to me.

They have had my delivery for over a week . Tried to contact them three times . Would phone me back but they did not . Assured me delivery would be Friday . Phoned again and am told next week now .

Ordered a hotpoint dishwasher from very…

Ordered a hotpoint dishwasher from very that came from hotpoint direct and then was passed on to these cowboys to deliver to myself. Phoned on thursday 27th march and was told the dishwasher was at the local warehouse 37 miles away but there was a driver off sick so wouldn't be able to deliver as its a 2 man lift. Asked could i go collect myself and was basically told no it would be delivered Tuesday 1st april. Phoned again this morning and was told my dishwasher was on the wagon and would get a call about delivery, got the call, happy days then when they were about to drop off got another call to say it was actually a cooker and not a dishwasher so there has been a mix up somewhere. Phoned hotpoint and they assure me it was definitely a dishwasher dispatched. Got another call back from the driver to say my dishwasher was actually in the inverness branch and not the local depot. Phoned the inverness branch back again and was told it would now be delivered friday, absolute joke when this was none of my fault. Said i would appreciate if something could be done to get this delivered Wednesday 2nd april, woman was going to make a few calls to arrange then get back to me. Never heard anything so phoned back again at 1653 and the girl went home and no one else in the office has a clue about my messed up order. So now a lottery if it will arrive tomorrow, Friday, never? Absolute shambles. Ordered this nearly 3 weeks ago.

Delivered my suite

Delivered my suite. I was informed that it would be delivered set up and they would ensure that it was working (electric recliners) I was also told I would be contacted 34 hours before delivery. Was called 30 MINUTES before delivery. They arrived dumped my sofa ( 4 seperate parts) and promptly left. I did ask if they were going to build it but they just laughed and said no we are just to deliver. On contacting the company I was told that no they were to build the sofa and ensure all was correct. Now left with no access to sitting room or dining room as the sofas are blocking both. I am nearly 70 years old with dodgy hip and no family nearby. Brilliant service...NOT.

Totally unprofessional

The company attempted to deliver a parcel to me but I was out so they left a card. They tried a second time no joy left a card. I phoned them asked them to drop it at my work which is a local police station but they refused. I advised them I was not going to be in at the times required and gave a few times I'd be in. Being a local police officer our time is restricted, she said that if delivered a third time they would send it back that was days ago no further card and no option to sort it. So I can only assume that they sent it back. The item was expensive so was the postage. POOR POOR POOR

Terrible service quality

Terrible service quality. Delivering a £5 light bulb. Wouldn't leave it at the property. Wouldn't allow for arranging redelivery after failed delivery. As advertised I attempt to arrange redelivery on the website after the first miss and I got a message 'not eligible'. Service desk unhelpful 'computer says no' 'not us we just deliver on APCs behalf' and no we will not do another delivery. Need to do better.
