Brilliant customer service and support
Having ordered an item online, I was informed that my order would be delivered yesterday. Evri failed to deliver but said they would deliver it today between 12-2 pm. It did not arrive. It was impossible to talk to anyone at Evri despite contacting their customer service. I left messages which were not returned. I then had an email saying that they couldn’t deliver the item today. I phoned Menkind customer service and spoke to a delightful person who cancelled the delivery charge and promised to sort it out. At 9 o’clock this evening I had an email saying the item had been delivered. Evri had left it outside the flat without ringing the doorbell. Thank you, Menkind for excellent customer service.
