The packaging was poor. The box of my product was damaged which hurt its presentation drastically as a gift

Very easy ordering fast delivery.

My issue is that Menkind foolishly entrusted an expensive order that I had placed with them into the hands of Evri - who are renowned for their abysmal service. Needless to say I never received my order. I cannot fault the customer service from Menkind as they attempted to deal with the issue caused by Evri, but it still rankles me that Menkind trusted Evri in the first place. Once it was clear that the parcel had vanished into whatever vortex Evri heave their deliveries into and was unlikely to ever return I was given a prompt refund

Good choice of items with some good promos. Most items are of the expected quality. Availability of items not always the best. Would buy more regularly if more promotions are added on a regular basis including clearance items. Can offer more discount codes & vouchers to regular customers.
