I did not receive order. Menking customer service good. The delivery company used awful. Updating info as attempted delivery ect. Gave up waiting after 12 days. Requested a refund which Menkind did straight away.

Order dispatched quickly Then Stuck with the Courier for a week before getting returned to them because apparently the parcel 📦 was too large !!! Refund was made in a reasonable amount of time however the package never arrived Ideally I’d use another courier 🚚 to deliver your parcels before EVRI puts you out of business But no complaints about the seller or their customer service

Went to your store at Designer Outlet in York, was over charged for a board game, didn’t realise until i had paid, told the cashier and checked the price, he said “okay i’ll sort that for you”, then after a minute or so of him looking at the till he said “i can’t do anything, you’ve paid for it now”, so apparently it’s okay to overcharge people and if they don’t realise until after they’ve paid it’s tough? I know that he could’ve corrected it but clearly he decided be couldn’t be bothered, customer service 0/10.

Paid for next day delivery, didn’t come until 2 working days later. It was a gift so I had already rushed out to buy an alternative so decided to return. Then had to pay to return. Really frustrating that next day delivery wasn’t honoured, having paid extra & then also paid the return fee. Won’t shop online with you again,

I placed my order about 2pm and it arrived less than 24hrs later without the next day delivery option. Very well done.

Still not received item 8 days later for a 3 day delivery. They put wrong postcode on it so it’s been going round the country for a week. On top of that tried to say it was my fault they put billing postcode on the delivery address when you have to put postcode in to select the address from a list…

The item purchased arrived damaged, I wasn’t able to speak to anyone to solve the issue my only option was to return which is a long process. So it’s gone in the bin.

I ordered the item for fathers day from my son it was delivered when it said it would and the item was in fantastic condition and exactly what it looked like in the picture . So very happy all round 😁
