Ordered on April 10th for next day…still not here
Ordered on April 10th for next day delivery – still no item. Tracking shows it’s been sitting at the local depot since the 10th and hasn’t moved. Customer service has been unhelpful – all I’ve received are repeated messages thanking me for my patience, with no real solution offered. This was meant to be a birthday gift, and they refused to send a replacement via a different courier or issue a credit. I was told I need to wait seven working days with no tracking updates before they’ll consider it lost. But what if there’s one small update on the seventh day? Do I have to start waiting all over again? All I want is a credit so I can order a replacement elsewhere. Really disappointed – why are they still using this courier?
