Item not delivered. Company informed but no response

Very quick delivery, toilet frame solved our problem, other types wouldn't fit within the confines of a small cloakroom, so pleased we ordered a second one for the ensuite shower room which has a corner toilet.

It works ok, one said it was for the boot but the hole is no where near big enough to go over the boot, the one for the cast was fine, I had to cut off top bit and put an elastic band round it

The item I ordered leaked the first time it was used, so phoned MedicalSupplies, but I was told because it was a boot there wasn’t anything they could do! This product is made by Limbo, who I also phoned & they if I’d ordered through them would have sent a new one out to me, as the odd product can have a fault.

Much smaller than stated on web site but charged £4 to return! Misleading advertising! The reply to my review suggests that I didn't read the description properly! But their web site description says that the size I ordered was suitable for waist size 128-139cm but the item sent measured only 115cm and was not even suitable for my 116cm waist! and yet that's my fault apparently!!

Accurate information on their website as size was an issue. Good price.

Delivered as promised

The item arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. It was exactly as described on the website. I realise how there could be a size issue for some people, but fortunately for me, I purposely chose the larger size in case the product was smaller than expected. Excellent support for my back as and when needed.

Great machine to ease swelling and pain for my recent ACL/Meniscus surgery. Keeps water cold for hours. Easy set up. A little noisy but you get used to it.
