Family trip to Germany
Family trip to Germany, Czech Republic and Austria over 10 days. Rode LOTS of trains in our cicular loop from Munich north. Service was great on all 4 devices. Did alittle prep ahead of time on YouTube videos to get comfortable with settings on Google & Samsung phones. Will DEFINITELY use them again on next.trip!

Refund
When i accidentally purchased too many e-sims, Novi (Maya) made the refund process so easy, and the funds were returned within 20 minutes... I have absolute full confidence in Maya, and highly recommend their service to anyone travelling.... My son is using a Maya e-Sim in Greece and it is fantastic and the cheapest by far..

It’s pretty solid and very convenient. Sometimes there are short outages of service coverage but by changing the network those can usually be sorted out as the connection doesn’t take too long to be reestablished. Customer service bot couldn’t help me but after asking to be attended by a human, it was first-class service.
