e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

We were delighted with the service…

We were delighted with the service provided by Mary Monson Solicitors. Everyone was very professional and efficient. We were treated with respect and every time we spoke to a member of staff either in person or on the telephone we felt better. The staff made us feel confident and they made us feel as though we could cope with anything. They worked very hard to present our case. We felt that everything that could be done, had been done, The main thing that I will remember is the care, concern and empathy which we had not come across anywhere else. brilliant.

First Class Claim Support

Mary Monson Solicitors provided a first class service resulting in a successful outcome in connection with a claim lodged on behalf of my spouse and myself. Our second time using Mary Monson

The Swinton business has gone down hill because of a lack of staff who are handling "60 cases each". The first time we used Mary Monson our solicitor was Tanya who helped us with the purchase of a house. She was a conscientious person who was empathetic with our circumstance and kept us updated all of the way through the process. Flash forward two years and we can't even remember our solicitor's name. They NEVER called us to keep us up to date (process lasted 6 months), the only call we had from them was two hours before we were set to complete/move house... "You need to pay us another £250 if you want to complete". How incompetent do you have to be? 1) not getting the finances right in time 2) forcing someone to pay that amount on the day of their move 3) never apologising for negligence and lack of care Honestly, if you're looking for a solicitors who will take the stress out of your move, this is not the firm for you. Really, really awful.

I called for some advice on a situation…

I called for some advice on a situation I was in and was put through to Mathew. I was very worried about my situation and Mathew was very caring and thorough with his help. He listened to my problem, tried to advise me and then even went as far to consult his colleagues to double check his information was as correct as could be. As a side note, when I originally called a lady named Lauren answered and put me through to Mathew and she was extremely helpful in getting my problem to the right person promptly and was extremely polite and professional. I would absolutely advise anyone who needs any legal advice to go through Mary monson solicitors. Thanks again for your help.

I contacted Mary Monson quite late in…

I contacted Mary Monson quite late in the evening. There response was within 36mins they even managed to do some research on the case. I was truly taken aback by Liam's calm support manner. From my jumbled explanation he was patient and was able to make logic of the issues. I don't often say this but there service is outstanding. They make you feel like you matter and they are there for you. Thank you.

Nick ran through and covered all my questions with very thorough detaile and a solid plan of the following stages. Nick even ran through the details of my investigation after working hours in his own time, this is the dedication and commitment that this man has for his clients. He has been professional, understanding, very hard working and available around the clock and I cannot express my appreciation for Nick enough.
