e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Thank you Mary Monson, Thank you Caitlin

Following a lot of search I was lucky to come across Mary Monson Law Firm to assist me on my first ever allegation case and the first time to using a solicitor, the case was handled by Caitlin Watson-Scoley. Caitlin was very professional showed kindness and understanding, very patient with my anxiety for not knowing the outcome. Caitlin examined all the details and the background to the allegations and how to approach the case to achieve best possible outcome, I thank Caitlin for all her time, advice and for the successful outcome.

Excellent service and knowledge.

Having been facing my first ever criminal allegation and not knowing what would happen, and having no confidence in uncooperative lazy legal aid I decided to seek private legal advice. I found Mary Monson Solicitors on Google and decided to reach out, understanding they offered a fixed fee. I had an introductory video call to explain the situation I was in, and an instant quote for the work required, they were very knowledgeable and I felt listened to. They got to work quickly which put my mind at rest as I had the confidence that someone was actually acting in my best interests. The work they did was outstanding and resulted in my case being dropped, I would like to thank Molly Lafferty & Thomas O'Brien for all the work that they did. I would highly reccomend this company.

Superb Law Firm - do not hesitate!

My case was handled by Liam Kotrie and Lucy McWilliam. Both were extremely professional and showed great kindness, but when needed, told me the truth. Respectful, supportive and with me to the end

I was arrested over two years ago and it had been a long journey with many challenges through a lengthy period of investigation. My solicitor Robert Bailey has stayed with me throughout including my appearance at court; supported by him and my barrister. I received a suspended sentence - given the charges and offences this was the best outcome to achieve. I’m pleased it is all over and thanks to Robert of Mary Monson for staying with me through one of the most challenging periods in my life.

After needing a solicitor I opted for ‘Mary Monson’ as the reviews were all positive, this being my first time using a solicitor I couldn't have found a better one, Caitlin Watson-Scoley, who negotiated on our behalf was excellent! she put our lives at rest and assured us that everything was going to be okay, Caitlin would explain everything in great detail and how everything would play out, Caitlin at the end conveyed in a professional way and got the best results we wished for, but the most important thing is that I was really scared and worried but from the beginning, I was able to relax which in its entirety was worth it's weight in gold A massive THANK YOU to Caitlin and Mary Monson solicitors!
