e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

From the first phone call to the last…

From the first phone call to the last the service received by Mary Monson solicitors was exceptional. Jamie - a trainee solicitor delt with my case for the majority of the time. She was always highly professional and informative at every stage, always keeping me informed. Rachel and Liam also did a fantastic job in supporting me during a very challenging time. I was also particularly impressed with the barrister assigned, the service received was exceptional.

Excellent client care and the best…

Excellent client care and the best possible outcome achieved, considering we had a disastrous experience with two sets of previous Solicitors, (Legally Aided). We wished we had instructed Mary Monson (Manchester) sooner. Special mention to Callum Gaydecki with day to day conduct and Nicola Tyers for initial consultation, together with great advocacy by Niamh McGinty, Counsel, we are so very grateful for your help. You can’t put a price on justice!

Following a potential career ending and life changing false allegation against my name, I turned to Mary Monson solicitors at the lowest point of my life. I was scared and a rabbit in the headlights when it came to my understanding of the legal system. From day 1 until justice was done, Liam and Emma have been nothing but deeply professional, straight talking and understanding of the particular implications this could have had on my career. They kept advocating and pushing for the right outcome even when coming up against resistance. Knowledgeable solicitors who go the extra mile

From the moment Liam Kotrie had spoken with me and understood the representation required he was absolutely fantastic as was Kellie Dent supporting. He talked me through every step of the way in great detail, extremely professional, knowledgeable and was extremely thorough in his work. In what turned into an extremely stressful and scary process with the police I could not have asked for better support than what I received from Liam and Kellie. Liam liaised with the Police, organising everything, working out of hours even on a Sunday for my voluntary interview travelling a 100miles to ensure he was there and put me at ease by guiding me through the process. The police dragged this case far longer than what it needed to be despite several prompts by Liam. Due to this my mental health deteriorated, Liam offered that support pointing me in the direction of additional help which he didn’t need to do, in doing so going that extra mile. Liam worked tirelessly until one night at 11:30pm calling to tell me no further action as he said would happen all along. Liam not only kept me constantly up to date, checking on my welfare but also kept my family up to date liaising with them. I owe the team at Mary Monsons a great deal and highly recommend them.

Fantastic firm

We worked with Jamie who talked us through the whole process from start to finish, she is very knowledgeable, kind understanding and professional. She even called on a bank holiday when she wasn't working to advise on the situation at hand. Jamie went above and beyond throughout and i can't thank her enough for that. We then had dealings with Liam from the firm who also stepped in and helped with the issue, between the two of them they assured us, told us what to expect and guided us through a really scary process. I am so glad I choose this firm to represent us as they was honest and just really kind towards us. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them to anyone who finds the need for a solicitor in the future. Thank you so much for all you did for us at a very stressful time!!
