e respect and kindness we were given…

The respect and kindness we were given by all the staff were outstanding. There were times when we were overwhelmed with questions and legal issues,but Kara Mills was always there to answer whatever questions we had.She was the voice of reason and reassurance in the most difficult time. Both Kara and Tom were so professional and knew the legal answers which were needed for the issues in our case.They were the best choice we made to guide ,reassure and give us there excellent professional services at most difficult and emotional time ,we will be forever grateful.

Empathetic Professional Solicitors

Employed Mary Monson solicitors during a time of extreme stress. My case was handled by Joseph and Emma. Emma is extremely professional and incredibly intelligent. She was my main contact and helped talk me through my defence and collated all the evidence I had. Joseph is the main solicitor and director of the company. He is a very calming person. When things got too much he was always there to calm me down. Joseph spoken with the police officer before the interview and decided our tactic was to provide a very detailed statement and all the evidence we had. I've never had to trust anyone like this before so was a little dubious. 3 days later the case was dropped. His knowledge and experience was invaluable. I had spoken with plenty of other solicitors prior to appointing Joseph but once I spoke with him I knew he was the person to represent me. My case was handled professionally with empathy and I received the best possibly outcome at the earliest possible opportunity. For that I am eternally grateful to Joseph and Emma. I would strongly recommend this firm.

Great and Fast service. A+++

Alex Chowdhury, we cannot thank you enough!

We as a family cannot thank our solicitor Alex Chowdhury, enough for his support and understanding. Our son was arrested and charged with a serious and life changing offence, Alex was kind, patient and non-judgemental from the start, he always answered emails immediately, even contacting us while on annual leave knowing that we were extremely worried and needed reassurance on concerns that we had. The case lasted two long years, during which time we all felt desperate and struggled with stress and anxiety, Alex was always supportive and guided us through the legal system that was often confusing and frightening. Thanks to the hard work put in by Alex and his team, the case was eventually dropped only two days before the trial date, when the CPS decided to offer no evidence, we can all now carry on with the rest of lives. If you ever need legal representation, we would from personal experience recommend giving Mary Monson solicitors and especially Alex a call.
