Turning around a poor client relationship with M&P
We have been working with M&P as our rental agent for almost 2 years. For the majority of this time, our experience was not positive - lot of reasons but overall, not good! However, since Elisabeth Ppasa has taken over as the focal point with M&P managing our property, the service we are getting has turned around completely. Elisabeth inherited an angry client and has worked diligently to turn this around. And to her credit, she has done this. Of course, we hope the service levels we currently enjoy continues, but as of today, credit clearly goes to Elisabeth. To follow on from your reply @ Ms Lesley, Customer Relations Team; whilst Elisabeth has indeed done a good job - and continues to do so - I think there are learnings for M&P management here as we were very close to looking for alternative managing agents...
