Unforfunatelly the service after sale “warranty” it as been really bad. I’ve been trying to get a hold via e-mail and the replies are almost like if they don’t care about what is happening. This is going now for almost a week,if they don’t have the skills to sell abroad,then just don’t sell but don’t leave the clients to hang dry.
The positive thing was the shipping time since i bought my scooter,but again it was because the bussiness was of their interest.

If you live in outside of UK be prepared to pay the tax duties according to your country. Even tough ManFirth says the will prepaid all tax duties.

Absolutely fantastic team of people with some of the beat service I’ve experienced both pre and post purchase! The live chat help was brilliant in helping decide what scooter to purchase and the delivery was within 2 days which is unheard of now!
