Ordered a second scooter for my old man and again great service and quick delivery.

My son ordered the Kugoo G booster scooter from ManFirth and it arrived on time. We had a problem of the charger and on Boxing Day Will spent his time to guide us through how to rectify the problem. When it wasn’t resolved Will tested another charger and sent it to us, next day delivery. This sorted the problem. I cannot fault the aftercare Will gave us, especially over the festive season. Quick response. Great scooter and service. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service, Will was very helpful when I purchased my scooter, however as soon as there was a few issues he did not want to know, he would not answer in the couple of times I called him.

Manfirth are great always answered the phone! There were issues with my scooters unfortunately, so I had to go elsewhere .😕 Will is a friendly and a great help. Also I had my refund back within 2 days which was great. 👍.

Very helpful , super fast to answer any question I’ve had and the scooter D6+ is a beast , built like a tank . I was super impressed when it arrived and was blown away by the size and quality of it , best £1595 I’ve ever wasted on a toy and I love it .

Great company to buy electric scooters from (got a black Friday discount) I had a very pleasent experience great comms, delivery time was good only problem I had was a bent deck on my nanrobot ls7 but after sending pictures and evidence a great chap called will took care of everything and another one is on its way. Very pleasent experience and if I need them for anything I won't hesitate to shop here again
