For det første vil de ikke, at kunder rater dem på Trustpilot. For det andet så kan jeg godt forstå dem. De driver lidt useriøst kunde service. Norsk domæne skriver til dem på norsk og de svare på engelsk. En ting som det norske folk er lidt optaget af er deres" kodebrikke Digitalt på Telefonen" som de ikke understøtter og ej heller kommer til i fremtiden. Det er nok lige så meget BankId som har sat en barriere op med sikkerhedskrav alle telefon net udbyder ikke kan følge. Der er så heller ikke nogen steder man kan finde hvem/hvilke net der gør det. Ej heller hos BankId

Eg nettop å snakket med ei kundeservice som heter katerina, hun snakket veldig dårlig norsk. Jeg var forbanna at hun slutte samtaler når jeg prøve å få hjelp fra henne om refundering. Også hun skrike på meg. Hvorfor du ansette henne til å jobbe som kundeservice? Hvis hun gjøre sånn med kunde. Dere må sparken henne det er veldig dårlig gjort. Jeg skal aldri bruke lycamobile simkort og skal jeg si til alle at dere har veldig dårlig system og kundeservice.
