For those who don't know, LL uses actors who pose as "customers" for their TikToks and fake giveaways. Their giveaway winners are hired actors and/or their acquaintances). You can see their casting advert on star.now (which will be valid till Sep 3, 2024). They pay £30 per hour x 2 hours for these actors. Their bots spam all Hermes boutique bought unboxing videos on TT and encourage people to "just go to Love Luxury instead". While I don't know about the legality of the above, I wonder if a company/employees which lie about giveaways and present fake scenarios as real customer interactions, can really be trusted on other business ethics? They charge 3X the store price of a Birkin/Kelly. The Hermes pre-spend is usually 1 to 1. You can tell you SA about your desired colours, styles, get a cheaper bag AND keep the things purchased on "pre-spend" and it will still be cheaper. Anyways, I will not support scamming Maria and the fakeaway crew and would advise people tread with caution before believing Maria and Co.

Unfortunately a bad review. They ran a competition on TikTok where if your comment gets no likes you win a Hermes £25k bag. My comment got no likes for 9 hours until they turned all commenting off and ignoring everyone who got not no likes, the comp winners! Very dishonest in my opinion and using us all to get up their profile engagement. Will be reporting them and unfollowing. This is really cruel to make someone who has never had a luxury bag think they’ve won and now you’re ignoring me. In reply to the below response from the company - this is another lie. There is no comp winner video anywhere to be seen on your profile, only the comp video to generate views and ultimately give you pay outs from TikTok. Take some responsibility!! Please share the link to the winner announcement video.

Ik kocht een “zilveren” armbandje voor mijn dochter maar dit blijkt alles behalve zilver te zijn. Na 3 weken dragen was het helemaal verkleurd. Ik vroeg mijn geld terug maar ik kreeg een nieuwe. Deze was na 3 dagen kapot bij het sluitinkje en vertoonde weer verkleuring. Totale miskoop dus. Ik weer aangegeven dat ik wegens wanprestatie mijn geld terug wil. Krijg ik 3 opties: tegoedbon voor een ander product, retourneren of als ik niet wil retourneren (naar China!) storten ze 40% van het bedrag terug. Wat een moeite voor een wanprestatie. Dus koop geen “zilveren” sieraden bij deze club.

Grateful for the immaculate experience by Love Luxury. I left them my gold birkin 25 and they managed to sell it after a month. Complete transparency from start to end and very responsive over messages. I’m so glad I chose to sell with them and not somewhere else, highly recommend!
