Disappointed about lack of transparency…
Disappointed about lack of transparency from Love Luxury. Sent clear pictures via WhatsApp and discussed options. Not only did they not provide a rough quote but when I went in with my LV bag they said they only offer consignment price for this brand. They could have said this to me via WhatsApp which would have saved me from making a trip to the store. Not sure what they gained from this if I’m honest. Good lesson on how social media hype shouldn’t be trusted. Gave the 2 stars as the staff were friendly.
