En general Bien, no es la primera vez que os compro a ustedes. Lo más negativo es el servicio de envío y seguimiento. Estábamos en casa cuando recibí el mensaje de DHL indicándome que no había podido entregar el pedido por no haber estado nadie en casa, posteriormente me mandan a un punto de recogida y me llevo una gran sorpresa al ver que el paquete está abierto. El servicio de DHL deja mucho que desear. Saludos
Ordered a pair of Alpinestars leather pants for click and collect in Flensburg, as they couldn't send them directly to me from Dortmund, where they were in stock. When they finally arrive in Flensburg, I drive to them from Denmark. A drive that takes 3 hours. When I arrive and get to look at and try on the pants, I can feel and see that something is wrong. It turns out that they had put the label on the wrong pants. There was nothing they could or would do, in terms of giving me discount on some other pants. Despite that I just drove 3 hours to get there, and then find out that they made a mistake. Really bad experience with Louis!!

Bueno la experiencia fue buena por la rapidez de respuesta a toda la operación y el envío que tambien fue rápido, aunque la empresa de reparto no goza de muy buen prestigio en la zona que resido.

El pedido no ha llegado aún a destino. Primer intento de entrega en domicilio sin avisar antes por teléfono, nosotros también trabajamos y no hay nadie en casa. Segundo aviso que lo dejan en un punto de recogida, no se encuentra en pedido en el punto de recogida ni nadie ha avisado. He abierto incidencia con la compañía de transportes, no sé dónde está mi pedido ni ha llegado. Gracias.
