Completely Useless. So I ordered a refurbished MacBook Pro from these guys (through Back Market). It arrived DOA with a dead battery incapable of holding a charge. Returned/exchanged it and received a different one with the same exact problem. Now I’m waiting (less than patiently) for a refund. This seller is completely useless and can’t even perform a simple check (like turning the device on to see if it works) before shipping.

The computer seems to be exactly what was promised, a pristine 2021 MacBook Pro. I would have liked to have seen an original charger with it but the aftermarket charger that was included, seems to work well.

NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM HERE AGAIN! I recently put a brand new Bluetooth radio in my vehicle with Apple CarPlay. I work hard for my money and want to enjoy my liberties in life. My phone, however, would not connect to this CarPlay. I figured it was my car the entire time. For weeks, I began to send my car back and forth, to and from the place I got the work done for my Bluetooth radio. By the time they figured out it was my phone, I wanted to get a full refund on the phone I had just purchased. By this point, it had been past 90 days, and I was not able to receive a full refund. The only solution was to send a phone back without a replacement so I could be sent another one. I don’t know about y’all, but I bought a phone because I NEEDED a new phone, not because I wanted one. They expected me to have a “backup” phone as I waited for a new phone. They will not, however, send me a phone if I don’t send them the defective one they sent me back. I cannot transfer my stuff over to my old phone because it only holds 64 gigs of storage as the one I have now holds 256 gigs. Even if I wanted to, I couldn’t transfer back to my old phone (a 6s) due to the fact it simply cannot hold the amount of storage I have put on the new one. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase with still no resolution, so to save y’all some time and money, I would never purchase an item from here again. I am now out $700 with a cheap ass phone and charger. That’s also another thing. The charger recently broke after not even a year of owning the phone. Please listen to me when I tell y’all this. I’m not just blowing smoke. I’m trying to help people who work hard for their money to not make bad financial decisions like I have by purchasing a phone from Loop Mobile. PS. Fix your customer service hotline. Nobody answers the damn phone. I couldn’t get anybody on the phone for weeks. Horrible business, horrible customer service.

No service!!!

Overall I am pleased with my purchase. It took two days of me requesting the tracking number but once I received it, it was just waiting on USPS to deliver my watch and that took a week, but that was out of the company control. The watch is as described on their site, pristine, looks like a brand new watch. Works just fine so far.

Liked - the product arrived and was exactly what was ordered! Disliked - There was a credit charge, an order acknowledgment, and then nothing for days. No order status until well after the claimed two days to get the order. I called every day (and many times a day) past the original due date and got the same "looking for an agent", "can't find agent", disconnect phone treatment. TBH, I was just about to dispute the charge to the credit card and seek out another company when I finally got a notice that the order was on the way.

Super fast and quality product

I wanted to cancel the order just after placing it because I forgot a promo code, but there was no option to cancel. Also, there is no way to reach out to customer service! Called their number multiple times during the business day, but nobody received the call!! And, their customer service mail is broken. Also, I haven’t received the product yet. Hopefully, it will arrive tomorrow. Update: I am jumping my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the product is authentic. Still, I wish they are more active in customer care section. Update: I am changing the review from 3 stars to 5. I was contacted by the customer service and my problem was resolved. The email posted on the website was wrong and I understand that the helpline will not be always there to receive the call. Anyway, looking forward to buying more items.

I ordered an IPhone case that came in a sealed Apple box. It’s great-looking, brand new, and much less expensive than buying from Apple direct, which is no longer selling Mini cases on the regular. I HIGHLY recommend Loop Mobile. Customer service was 100% when I needed some help. Thanks Loop Mobile!

I ordered an IPhone 13 case cover 5 days ago and received it on time in an original sealed Apple box. The pomelo color is magnificent and the quality is perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted and saw at Apple store for a lot less expensive. I will highly recommend Loop Mobile to my friends and family. Looking forward to more purchases in the future. I wish I could give them 0 stars. A year ago I purchased a computer from them. They sent me an Apple that was 5 years older than advertised and worth almost nothing. The asked me to send it in for a replacement. Now they have my computer and my $1,000 and for six months they’ve been telling me to be patient and they will send a replacement. Scammers!

This is a scandalous company. Bought a MacBook Pro m1 14inch through Back Market. Loop Mobile beign the seller. And this company had the audacity to send me the wrong charger. A mag 2 charger instead of a mag 3 charger. That was clearly on purpose. After just buying a laptop and excited about it. Super let down by the fact I was not able to charge it. I will be returning this laptop back. Buyer beware!

I had to be patient and wait just cause I wasn’t sure when the case would arrive, but they were happy with the product and it was brand new & not used like the item I recently purchased from Amazon. So thank you & very happy with the purchase! ◡̈
