NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

NEVER BUY A PHONE FROM HERE AGAIN! I recently put a brand new Bluetooth radio in my vehicle with Apple CarPlay. I work hard for my money and want to enjoy my liberties in life. My phone, however, would not connect to this CarPlay. I figured it was my car the entire time. For weeks, I began to send my car back and forth, to and from the place I got the work done for my Bluetooth radio. By the time they figured out it was my phone, I wanted to get a full refund on the phone I had just purchased. By this point, it had been past 90 days, and I was not able to receive a full refund. The only solution was to send a phone back without a replacement so I could be sent another one. I don’t know about y’all, but I bought a phone because I NEEDED a new phone, not because I wanted one. They expected me to have a “backup” phone as I waited for a new phone. They will not, however, send me a phone if I don’t send them the defective one they sent me back. I cannot transfer my stuff over to my old phone because it only holds 64 gigs of storage as the one I have now holds 256 gigs. Even if I wanted to, I couldn’t transfer back to my old phone (a 6s) due to the fact it simply cannot hold the amount of storage I have put on the new one. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase with still no resolution, so to save y’all some time and money, I would never purchase an item from here again. I am now out $700 with a cheap ass phone and charger. That’s also another thing. The charger recently broke after not even a year of owning the phone. Please listen to me when I tell y’all this. I’m not just blowing smoke. I’m trying to help people who work hard for their money to not make bad financial decisions like I have by purchasing a phone from Loop Mobile. PS. Fix your customer service hotline. Nobody answers the damn phone. I couldn’t get anybody on the phone for weeks. Horrible business, horrible customer service.
