No way to cancel order
I wanted to cancel the order just after placing it because I forgot a promo code, but there was no option to cancel. Also, there is no way to reach out to customer service! Called their number multiple times during the business day, but nobody received the call!! And, their customer service mail is broken. Also, I haven’t received the product yet. Hopefully, it will arrive tomorrow. Update: I am jumping my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the product is authentic. Still, I wish they are more active in customer care section. Update: I am changing the review from 3 stars to 5. I was contacted by the customer service and my problem was resolved. The email posted on the website was wrong and I understand that the helpline will not be always there to receive the call. Anyway, looking forward to buying more items.
