I ordered a refurbished iPhone 8 and it came in four days. I chose a “very good” level and was astonished when I received one in “pristine” condition. It looked brand new, without one scratch or dent anywhere. And additionally it functioned perfectly. Price, appearance, speedy shipment, function. Why would I want to buy new for almost 3 times the price??

I was so impressed with the phone I got from Loop Mobile. I ordered an iphone 8 in pristine condition. I expected it would come looking very nice, but still a little used. It arrived very fast, within just a couple of days, and the phone was beautiful! It looked completely brand new. Everything worked perfectly on it. I would highly recommend this company.

I ordered a “VERY GOOD” phone only to get one that had a long, deep scratch in the glass on the back. I have been emailing to arrange a return, but no one has responded. I am hoping this might be resolved after the holiday, so I can amend this review.

I got what I paid for and in timely matter. Getting a hold of customer service could be better since it took a week to get a return email after sending several emails before I was contacted.

I was afraid of ordering from here, since I didn't think the phone was going to exceed my expectations. But I was wrong. Came in 100% great condition, as described. I would definitely recommend this website for other people, if you're looking for a genuine phone, for reasonable price. The only thing I don't like is, it didn't come as fast as it said it was. Other than that, there has been no problems.

I ordered two pristine iPhone 8s via their eBay store, but one of the phones I received came with scratches in multiple places on the screen. I'm looking to get an exchange for the damaged phone, but customer service is not responsive. Edit: While I did end up receiving my refund, this took over 1 month to resolve — very unprofessional.
