The order was not processed. No response to my requests/follow up.

The cosmetic condition is great. The downside is the battery life won’t hold a charge for a day.

Very thing was fine

I never got my phone I ordered. I wrote an email to the seller but they haven't responded in two days. Guess I'll have to try file a claim with fedex. Basically zero customer support from loop mobile though. This is my second order from them, the first one arrived fine, but no sign at all on my second order. Apparently they don't use boxes to ship their phones, just bubble wrap. You might be best trying somewhere else for iphones not loop mobile.

Still haven't received a response after sending multiple email. I received a phone damaged in the box and they are not doing anything about it.

I was a little suspect because I usually order direct from apple and new, but I wanted a iPhone XS so after searching several sites I found Loop Mobile. I am so glad I did it was a great experience exactly what I wanted and way way cheaper. My iPhone is perfect and function perfectly. I am gonna tell more about Loop Mobile.

I hate that i hit purchase and sent and the second after i purchased i realized it wasnt then phone i wanted and could bit cancel the purchase. I.have had to receive the phone and return and still waiting See if tal y'all are going to credit my acct back. You should allow a person time to cancel before shipping it.
