No customer service or support I’ve been trying to make a return for over a week and all I get is generic automated email responses saying customer service will respond in 48 hours but it’s been a week and no one has gotten back to me yet.

Pros: screen and back looks great, one week in no issues with the phone, new charging cable, competitive pricing, great website/interface, great correspondence with shipping updates. Cons: The phone was very dirty, wall adaptor was disgustingly dirty with visible hair, dirt, and burn marks. Conclusion: For paying the premium for “Pristine” I expected the phone to not have face grease on the screen, dirt and sludge blocking all the speaker ports, dirt in the ear speaker, and the wall adaptor to have burn marks on it. Overall I would probably buy from loop again-maybe.

I just ordered my second phone from Loop-Mobile and I am very satisfied with the product. The phones are reasonably priced and the condition was great. I would recommend to others.

I was sent a locked instead of an unlocked IPhone. Reaching customer service to return and replace the phone has been next to impossible. No customer service number and sloop does not return emails within 48 hours. So frustrating. My recommendation: Do not buy from them.

They sold me a LOCKED phone! And they are not cooperating in getting that resolved. Note: they have no 800 or other number to call and just keep responding with cryptic emails.

Poor sent me a phone and is still locked I called the company that the seller of the phone they tell me they can’t unlock it till the original owner call them and unlock it when I don’t know the original owner I brought it threw loop iPhone 8

They delivered what was promised. My only issue was the shipment required a signature, which I didn't know ahead of time. I had to create an alternate delivery address via FEDEX and pick the item up because I was not going to be home. Just an extra step but not ground shaking.

Extremely delighted with purchase of Iphone8 for my grandaughter. It was in excellent condition, great price, great shipping and service, and it also included a warranty which was a bonus. Thank you Loop.
