I always find Live Unlimited a fantastic website. This time however my order seems to be stuck at the Evri hub. I contacted Live Unlimited to see if they could help and they are trying to get in touch with Evri, I hope this works out for the better and await to see if my order eventually arrives

Nein, danke. Wenn ich vorher gewusst hätte, dass ich für den Rückversand 48 Euro bezahlen muss, hätte ich hier niemals was bestellt. Versand (10 Tage) nach Deutschland 7 Euro, ist ok für mich, aber Express Versand zurück nach England 48 Euro....

Difficulty with returns.,
Love the products but am reluctant to buy as the return process puts me off. I need a home collection service due to disability but this is not offered as a matter of routine . Instead I need to contact them to request a home collection. This is the only company I’m aware of making life difficult for returns - and I shop online for everything!
