The package never arrived and they don't respond to my emails.

Truly a scam. I ordered something from a company that shipped using this company. After 8 weeks of no change other than my item was in Abu Dhabi I finally got an email asking me to complete a customs form online. The link went to a google form. The first page was full name, email, full address, phone number. The second page they wanted pictures of the front and back of my driver's license and social security card. HELL NO! Clearly a scam. I knew that about 10 minutes after placing my order with the other company, called my bank and already received a credit back.

Fake site. Never received package, wrong phone number on the web site, no respose to email.

It is a company that is a partner in and facilitating the fraud, and the website is a fake website I purchased products from primadian com/ With a value of $11,248, it was in two payments, 40% down payment. As a result, I was notified of the arrival of the payment. After that, I was informed of the receipt of the payment and provided with a Tracking Number: LNC051780276220 through the shipping company line-cargo.com, and that the expected time for my shipment to arrive is 09/18/2023. As of 09/18/2023, the website has not been updated. I tried to contact both companies, but unfortunately there is no response. On 09/20/2023, I was informed about the delay in delivery due to checking the shipping because the weight is high. The website was updated to state that it is present at Abu Dhabi Airport as of 14/ 09/2023 From that day until now, there is no update Today is 09/30/2023 I don't know what to do now to get my money back

line-cargo.com is not a real shipping company. This fraudulent website works together convincingly with other fraudulent storefront websites like kingbikesale.com to accept payment from unwitting buyers and provide false but believable tracking status updates with the hope that the buyer will not detect and report the scam until it's too late. I attempted to purchase a 2020 Vitus Sentier 29 VR SX Eagle 1x12 on 17 June 2023, by adding the item to my cart and completing checkout on KingBikeSale.com. I selected Amazon Pay as the payment method to pay the total amount of USD $954.00, which was linked to my Amazon Store Card. The vendor accepted my payment and sent order confirmation to my email. A few days later, on 20 June 2023, I received an email from line-cargo.com, titled "Tracking Number" stating "We have sent you tracking number from the shipping company, This the tracking number : LNC043592363212 ,This the link of the shipping company :Line-cargo.com" Then, 27 days later, on 14 July 2023, I received another email from line-cargo.com, titled "Information Tracking Number" stating "Hello, Have a nice day, We'd like to notify you of a delay in your item. Sorry for the inconvenience for items that take a little longer now your item is being shipped to the address you listed, We hope you can be patient for the arrival of the goods, Thanks, Line-cargo" It was at this time that I discovered Trustpilot's review of kingbikesale.com indicating unanimously from 13 reviews over 2 years that kingbikesale.com was a scam. How this website is allowed to remain operational and how companies like Amazon and PayPal allow the owners of this scam website to accept payment is abhorrent. On 28 July 2023, I filed an Amazon Pay A-to-z claim for "I did not receive my order items" and explained the situation. Apparently, when Amazon contacted the kingbikesale.com scam operators regarding my order, the scam operators updated the tracking information to reflect confirmed delivery on 23 July 2023 for my line-cargo.com tracking number LNC043592363212. LIES!!!! Amazon then sent me an email stating that "The tracking information provided by the merchant indicates your order was delivered. Within 3 calendar days, send us a reply to the email address listed below to let us know whether you have received your order. If we do not receive a reply within 3 calendar days, we will assume that you have received your order and we will close your claim." WOW. So Amazon placed the onus back on me for proving that this order was not delivered. This is where I am as of this writing. DO NOT BELIEVE TRACKING INFORMATION FROM line-cargo.com line-cargo.com is not a real shipping company.
