The content and videos shared have been very interesting and informational. Crystal has been great to work with. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the 30 mins doesn’t feel like it’s enough time to really discuss things fully. In my opinion, 45-60 minutes might be better. Otherwise, it’s been good.

Beel is the best guide. I knew the first person I had was not going to work for me. I’m so glad I found Beel. He explains the material really well, he is invested in my recovery and he is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. A++ for Beel.

If you’ve tried everything, this is for you!

If you’re like me you have tried everything to get rid of pain, even getting rid of a little pain is huge. This science makes sense and once you get a little relief with this program you realize that there are so many different parts and techniques suddenly you find three or four techniques that are working. Add that up and one day you realize that somehow you’re in a lot less pain. I know it sounds to good to be true, be skeptical, but do the excercises and you will see for yourself what a difference this program makes. Don’t trust me, do it yourself, you’ll be happy you did.

Great way to relieve chronic pain!

I think the process of doing this slowly overtime is the right way to go. It’s a lot of concepts that people might not be able to grasp right away. I really liked the videos that talk about how to implement this successfully. I’ve had chronic issues with my lower back, hip and hamstring for the last year. There was no reason for this pain, except that I was under a lot of stress when it popped up. This has happened to me in the past also, and when I thought back about it, every time there was stress in my life. Then it would suddenly go away for no reason. But this time I feel like I have a handle on it and can make it go away quicker by implementing the processes in this class. My pain level was at about an eight or nine and now I am down to a two or three and able to do most of the things that I want to do. This doesn’t happen overnight, so be patient. And if you don’t believe it will work then it will not work. But I bought into this completely because of my history with pain.

Aaron Robin is an incredible man and an amazing coach! I only wish I could’ve found both the program and Aaron earlier in this roller costar of 24 years dealing with chronic pain.

This is me healing!

Lin Health is leading me on a healing journey from fibromyalgia and migraines (to mention two of my chronic illnesses). I’m learning ways to “turn down” the pain, something I never thought I’d be able to do. My pain recovery coach is there for me every step of the way. I’d recommend this program for anyone suffering from a chronic pain condition!

Game Changer

My coach Tim is fabulous: knowledgeable, engaging, sincere, and compassionate. The materials and exercises in the Lin program are interactive, efficacious and edifying. None are difficult, overly technical or time-consuming. On the contrary, they are I interesting, intuitive, insightful and immediately helpful. I’ve been able on this chronic pain journey for 18 years. I wish there was something like Lin sooner. They provide tools that are so needed and so sorely lacking in chronic pain treatment and recovery. A total game changer.

A great way to learn about pain

I love learning about the different ways there are to control pain while I get better. Lauren has helped me understand that it is a road with uphill and downhills i need to be aware of and be conscious that I can control it. Thank you so much for helping me accept and relax and know it will get better.

I really liked my coach Andrea Wade was awesome.

I really liked my coach. Andrea Wade. I’d give her five stars if and when I could. I don’t like the videos which spoke to whoever like we are in kindergarten. Sorry, just not what reaches me. I’m older though so maybe someone who is experiencing pain who might be 20, could use this method, not for myself.

The powerful "what if "

My positive experience with Lin health over the last few months since I joined are due to a couple things. 1.my health coach And I really mesh well together. She's consistent. A great listener always has extra resources.And I feel genuinely accepted by her. 2. Program has so match 2. Learn from and different ways of looking and applying techniques that can help with symptom reduction. (I have long covid from vaccine.) I also appreciate the fact that I have to work at these things. I don't just read them and check off a box. I really apply them and then if I have questions or don't understand something. Then I i can turn to my coach. 3. I very much appreciate that. The portals and the electronic system really works. We connect 3 times( flexible to ones schedule)a month and then have a video meeting online. If I have a question before that time I can leave a message. And she gets right back to me. 4. Something very valuable about this program too. That I'm grateful for is that it is paid for and so it's not a financial burden. ( I have a limited income.) 5. Outside this program. I really don't have other people to talk to about my symptoms and you know what? What I'm working through and not a large amount of people around me. So the program provides a unique support system that I've actually never had before. **I believe personally, what could make the program right for someone else would be if you are ready to add a new priority in your life. A bit of a trade-off.Less TV or scrolling for what usually turns out to be a big prize for your mind and body. Dedicating an open mind, to a bit of study and learn new concepts and tools, then apply them. You're ready to communicate ,question and trust the process. And if you have just enough," what if? --What if I could learn something and apply something that helps me with my symptoms:" going on in your mind and your heart ---positive healing awaits.

5 decades of pain is 60% gone

My chronic pain journey began 5 decades ago when I was a child. It progressed to the point where I was mostly in bed avoiding the things that caused my pain. My neuro told me to "learn to live with it" using meditation, yoga, and cbt techniques. I started the yoga and meditation but it wasn't reducing pain. Since I'm not in the medical field, I didn't know CBT techniques. I even bought books and learned a lot about the physical nervous system and parts of the brain. It wasn't until starting the Lin Health program that they helped me understand how things like meditation, somatic tracking, and yoga help your brain learn to use new ways to process signals. It's called neuroplasicity. Lin matches you with a coach who is there to help you understand something in the program if you like the idea and how to use it or if you don't understand something. You go at your pace and focus on the things that are helping you - no matter how hard it is. Since beginning with Lin Health, my pain has dropped 60%. Before Lin, I couldn't have even a light breeze hit my skin without a massive overload of stimulus causing pain and me running inside to wrap up in blankets. Now, wind doesn't cause that (not counting cold wind YET) and I can have fans blowing directly on me and it feels good. My nerve pain in my head is much less. I had pain every day from my trigeminal nerves so badly that I couldn't wear my glasses; I had to cut my hair to less than 1 inch long or it felt like I was being scalped; and when I tried to sleep I would wake up often because the cartlidge in the ear I was laying on would feel like I was hit with something hard. I couldn't drive more than a half hour or I would get vertigo and migraines. I couldn't go anywhere that had a lot of movement, noise, or lots of colors. Working with Lin Health has given me a life back. It is hard work and it needs to be done daily. It takes time and patience. It takes being open minded, patient, and believing that you can do it. I love that it's an online session with the coach because you don't have to worry about if you'll physically be able to go somewhere. It helps that the sessions are in your home because you are more relaxed and feel safe. My coach is wonderful. She's had pain so truly understands the program from both sides so is very helpful. She is helping me learn how to acknowledge and process emotions now. I knew there was a connection between thoughts/feelings and pain but was truly amazed at how strong that connection is. The Lin Health program has been life changing for me. I strongly encourage anyone with chronic pain to go through the program. Keeping an open mind and putting in the work is worth everything.
