The content and videos shared have been very interesting and informational. Crystal has been great to work with. The only constructive feedback I would have is that the 30 mins doesn’t feel like it’s enough time to really discuss things fully. In my opinion, 45-60 minutes might be better. Otherwise, it’s been good.
Beel is the best guide. I knew the first person I had was not going to work for me. I’m so glad I found Beel. He explains the material really well, he is invested in my recovery and he is extremely nice and pleasant to work with. A++ for Beel.

Lin has provided me with the tools to take control of my illness. I feel such hope and joy now that I had lost for nearly 3 years. It is so defeating when doctors can't help you, but you know your symptoms are real. As a biologist I really appreciate the science throughout the lessons. And my coach Kim has been an absolute delight to work with. She is flexible and allows me to bring up current life situation every single session. I really appreciate that she sends me the PDF of each lesson so that I can have it to review long after my time with Lin has ended. I would rank my experience with Lin in the top three best therapy experiences through my 30 years of being in therapy. I had to pay out of pocket for Lin, and I would do so again because it has helped me that much. I am very grateful.
The Lin program was super easy to enroll. The process was smooth and I was immediately conncted with a pain coach. The modules are clear, informative, and filled with many practical strategies to help view our pain from a neuroplastc lense. Meeting weekly with a pain coach allows you to reflect upon the week and sheer helps you with any inquires you might have. I'm currently a month into this and my neural pathways are changing. I'm looking forward to learning more.
A Revolutionary Process to Deal with Pain and Life
First, Coach Henry Raess is excellent and has great insight. For me this was a new way of viewing pain and how the brain works. It is not intuitive, but as I proceed in the program I am beginning to understand better how the brain works. This process is not only related to pain, but also how I conduct my daily life and interactions. I am becoming more patient and positive in all of my interactions and am beginning to see positive results regarding my chronic pain.
The patience, honesty, and genuine-ness of my coach, whose constant encouragement helped me keep on trying to conquer the mixture of things I have been dealing with, especially fibromyalgia, anxiety, and emotional pain—-have helped me so much when the progress was three steps forward, and two back and two steps forward, and three back, at the beginning. And now that I can see more daylight, it is really invigorating and hope inspiring; old dogs CAN learn new tricks. So what if I am 75 and steeped in those old habits. They are changing!

My experience was great due to my coach, Alex. I came into the program with anxiety issues, no pain. As we progressed, Alex guided me to a place beyond anxiety to actual pain that I had for years. I believed it was real and could only be fixed by surgery. I finally understood the mind/body connection. The anxiety was gone and the pain, real pain was reduced, even gone through the use and understanding of mind/body exercises. Her support and redefining of my thoughts made all the difference.
Lin health has been helpful through pain management. My pain coach has been patient and helped me through pain with his guidance. And the combination of videos and practice sessions continue to offer ways of thinking to manage my pain. It has been quite effective.
