    Keinerlei Kulanz

    Das Kulanzverhalten von LG nach Ablauf der gesetzlichen Garantie ist leider nicht sehr kundenfreundlich - auch wenn sie im Recht sind, hätte ich mir ein anderes Vorgehen gewünscht. Zumal der Premium-LG-TV gerade mal 3,5 Jahre alt ist. Andere TVs von Sony und Toshiba sind wesentlich langlebiger; auch die günstigeren Modelle.

    Assistenza pre vendita inesistente

    Assistenza pessima, direi inesistente. In chat rispondono dopo 5 minuti ad una banale domanda. Per telefono, milano, c'è un crocevia di opzioni che ti fanno demordere. Se parli con qualcuno, ti risponde che non è il referente giusto. Praticamente impossibile trovare informazioni sul sito, dicessero apertamente 'non forniamo assistenza pre vendita, affidarsi ai canali di vendita come Mediaworld, unieuro etc..' . Riguardo la qualità dei prodotti, non ci si può lamentare, ma si possono acquistare solo se si ha consapevolezza di ciò che si prende, appunto perché non aiutano il cliente in nessun modo.

    La garanzia è inutile, non sostituiscono i prodotti danneggiati

    Sul prodotto non mi esprimo, è buono ma non è possibile che il servizio clienti sia così scadente. Ho un TV con un danno al monitor Non causato da me, ho chiesto la sostituzione perché c'è la garanzia di due anni e si sono rifiutati, dando come una alternativa la riparazione A Pagamento. Sconsiglio a tutti LG per questo motivo.

    Biggest mistake I made was buying a LG insta Fridge Freezer. Steer clear of LG. Worst after sales service ever received. Bought a fridge freezer and had a issue with the ice dispenser - Still under warranty, was told I had to take the ice box out, which wouldn't come out. I was advised to defrost the unit! Ok, so what about all the food in there? Why can't you send a engineer to come round and sort, surely you would have the means? I was advised LG don't do this. What a farce. I asked for a formal complaint to be logged I was told twice a complaint had been logged and someone would call back with 48hrs. 4 days and nothing.i had no choice but to defrost and throw out the ruined food. 4 days later, LG call and say they'll send an engineer round. Why couldn't this have been done initially! Also advise if I wanted to complain I would need to put my issue in writing...excuse me! I was told twice in my initial call a complaint had been logged. Not the case! So I was lied to! Sent a letter of complaint to their CEO...received a reply today and they basically advise it was done to me to make arrangements for the food before I defrosted the unit or should have eaten some if it...Seriously! Exactly where shall I store everything! No comment as to me being lied to What a joke! Have escalated the matter to trading standards as clearly LG have no idea about customer service.

    Ho fatto acquistare alla mia compagna un TV OLED77C16LA pagato quasi 4000€ e da qualche giorno non si accende più,ho letto su vari forum e siti che le TV OLED LG hanno questo difetto della scheda di alimentazione nonostante che il tv venga utilizzato poco e lo si ha da pochi anni, si rompe facilmente nonostante i costi elevati A mio avviso e un vero furto, spero vivamente in una CLASS ACTION contro LG ITALIA

    Oggi 03 Giugno 2025 la mia TV LG OLED 77 non si accende più da qualche giorno, tv usata poco e niente, pagata quasi 4000€. Non Acquisterò mai più prodotti a marchio LG. MAI, MAI, MAI PIÙ Dopo aver letto su vari siti di opinioni e recensioni ed altro che le TV LG OLED hanno tutti questo problema, che dopo poco tempo dall'acquisto non si accendono più, mi limiterò ad acquistare qualsiasi prodotto solo a marchio Samsung

    Kein Geld zurück für Retoure, nur Vertröstungen...

    LG sollte sich vom Subunternehmer "OBS" und "Kühne + Nagel" trennen. Die erhaltene Ware, ein Beamer im Wert von 1279 Euro wurde nach nur einem Tag zurückgesendet, jedoch erfolgte die Rückerstattung erst nach über 6 Wochen aufgrund einer Beschwerde bei PayPal. An der Hotline wird man ständig nur vertröstet, da weiß wirklich die linke Hand nicht, was die rechte tut. Schriftliche Anfragen über das Kontaktformular bringen leider auch nichts. Eine direkte E-Mail-Adresse gibt es nicht. Der LG-Shop Betreiber hat sich leider bis jetzt nicht gemeldet. Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Shop! Falls es zu Problemen kommt, hilft nur ein Mahnbescheid und gegebenenfalls ein Anwalt und ein Gerichtsverfahren, um an sein Geld zu kommen – sonst ist das Geld bei diesem Shop wirklich verloren!

    So far I am not impressed

    So far I am not impressed. I bought $2000 washer/dryer tower. It was installed several weeks ago, and has flooded my home causing thousands of dollars in water damage. It has been impossible to contact LG to resolve this issue, since the item is still under warranty.

    Nur Ärger mit LG Waschtrockner

    Wir haben im Dezember 2022 einen verdammt teuren Waschtrocker von LG (Model LSWD100E für 1999€) gekauft. Leider gab es direkt von Anfang Probleme. Zunächst schloss die Türe nicht und musste getauscht werden. Dann verstopft der Ablaufschlauch regelmäßig, da das Gerät kein vernünftiges Fuselsieb hat. Darüber hinaus ist das Gerät auch anfällig dafür, dass kleine Wäscheteile in die Maschine geraten. Eine Reparatur deshalb mussten wir schon durchführen lassen und heute muss ich die nächste beauftragen. Natürlich auf meine eigene Rechnung, weil die Garantie inzwischen abgelaufen ist. Solche Probleme hatte ich mit günstigeren Geräten nie. Ein absoluter Fehlkauf. Wenn das Gerät nicht so teuer gewesen wäre, würde ich mir ein neues anschaffen. Ich kann nur jedem von diesem Gerät abraten.

    Retouren Albtraum

    Ich habe einen Bildschirm bestellt und retourniert und das Geld nur Dank PayPal Käuferschutz zurückerhalten. 6 Anrufe und mehrere Mails wurde ich nur vertröstet. Irgendwelche Systemfehler und ich soll Geduld haben. Letztendlich nur durch Paypal das Geld erstattet bekommen nachdem LG Paypal auch geghosted hat.

    ich habe an den LG Support geschrieben und um Hilfe gebeten, ich bekam auch eine Antwort, ich sage mal Richtung Standardantwort und ich solle die Frage anders formulieren. Gemacht wie gefordert, aber keine Antwort mehr. Nach 2 Wochen nachgefragt - keine Antwort. Nach mehr als 2 Wochen nachgefragt - keine Antwort. Die sind wohl alle gekündigt. ( vermutlich wegen schlechten Support)

    Servizio totalmente inaffidabile Ad oggi 29 maggio non so ancora quando consegneranno frigorifero ordinato in data 19 maggio, ho acquistato un frigo americano 4 porte, peso oltre 150 kg cn ritiro del REE (SEMPRE UN FRIGO AMERICANO che ha fatto il suo srevizio per 20 anni) mihanno programmato la consegna per il 23 maggio ma non me l'hanno consegnato perché erano slo 2 persone enon eiuscivano a ortarlo al primo piano. Eh già qui ci sarebbe da dire sull'inettitudine del crriere al quale si affidano per le consegne: se il prodotto è stato caricato sul furgone con muletto come pensavano di scaricarlo a casa del cliente? Nonostante numerose telefonate nelle quali ho chiesto, visto che ol disguido era stato creato da loro non sono riuscita ad avere conferme su una daa diconsegna, mi hanno detto che doveva essere autorizzato un costo aggiuntivo. Ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile e mi e stato risosto che non hanno responsabili....poi mi hanno contatta loro dicendo che era stato autorizzato il costo aggiuntivo, chiamo il corriere speranzosa di avere una data e mi viene risosto che loro nn sono stati informati e quindi non possono riprogramnare la consegna. La societa LG non è ststa in grado di mandare tempestivamente il messaggi al corriere (forse utilizzano ancora i piccioni viaggiatori per mandare comunicazioni)in tutto questo ad oggi non so ancora quando consegneranno il frigorifero: un frigorifero non una televisione o una lavastoviglie delle quali puoi farne a meno per qualche giorno....Servizio pessimo, veramente delusa

    Stay away from LG. Nothing but hassle

    The good: price for 42 inch tv. The bad: Delivery partners changed delivery date FIVE times. Also lied and stated TV had been delivered, when it hadn't. 3 weeks after order they still hadn't delivered. Messed about by LG customer srrvice who have no communications with delivery partners. Cancelled TV and asked for refund. They won't refund until device is back with them! Which considering 3 weeks after ordering it still hadn't arrived, it could be 22nd century before it returns to depot. FIVE DAYS After cancelling the tv was delivered. I was away from home. They left the device in an unlovked shed! It sat in shed for 5 days and was discovered by accident, as no notice left about delivery. I have tried communicating with customer services to ask what they are doing to apologise for all the messing about. Two weeks and no suitable agreement reached. Stay away from LG. P.s the best way to know a rubbish company on Trustpilot? They never respond to reviews.
