I travel for work, and appreciate that Lemonaid can alter my prescription depending on my needs. Sometimes I'm not home for months at a time, so I'll order more medication to bring with me as I travel. Then when I'm home I can reduce my order without issue. It's very convenient. Also, shipping is very fast!

Customer service is pretty lacking. My medicine got lost in the mail and I ran out. Lemonaid said they wouldn’t do anything about it until USPS deemed it lost after 14 days. It finally showed up many days late. Lemonaid called afterwards to apologize, but that didn’t change the situation. They said if I wanted to have it shipped reliably I’d have to spend an extra $20 to ship it on FedEx. Which is pretty ridiculous. I guess after being a loyal customer for 6 years I was expecting a little better customer service in a situation like this.

These guys are amazing!!! Always quick to respond and my package is usually here in 2-3 days no fail... they also have been really good about renewing my script everytime by giving me a free dr visit to get my script again

From day 1 it has been very difficult to log on the website, so frustrating at times I’ve instructed them to just call me on the phone.
