The Lemonade pharmacists are great. They do their jobs with accuracy, in a timely manner, and are friendly.

The nurse practitioners and pharmacists are always the best. They listen and care about their patients and always let you know that they’re there for you. Call center isn’t pleasant to talk to and your technology needs attention.

Ran out of my medication. No solution. I had paid in advance. A doctor called and said they Ra. Out to get a refund I had to call.customer service. Called talked to rob and was told it was delivered which it was not then told had to talk to health team for a refund. Completely different then what the De said finally sent it to a supervisor to be refunded

This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've provided this feedback. The user experience needs to be addressed. There are too many emails sent. The emails have a copy/paste link in them rather than a clickable link, or better yet, the user can just respond to messages by replying to the email. Once the user manually enters the URL into the address bar and navigates to the messaging page of the site, the messages make no sense. There are several other issues in the site as well.
