I was promised a 50% discount on my latest script due to some difficulties we had during shipment. (My script never made it to my address) When I noticed I never got my 50% discount. I called you guys and chatted with a rep about it and I wish I could remember her name but she refused to give me the discount I was promised. I went back and forth with her about it on three different occasions and she wouldn't make that 50% happen. Very disappointing.
