Unreliable care and service
I found out that I was charged an extra one month for GLP1 membership when I selected the 3 month option. When I called to clarify, they didn’t take responsibility for this mistake. On top of this issue, they ran out of higher dosages for my compounded semaglutide and I have to stay at the same level for the rest of my membership because of manufacturing issues. I canceled my membership and want nothing to do with this unprofessional company. Not satisfied and very disappointed in the outcome. Wouldn’t recommend. Rather pay more $ somewhere else for better service and care. Also didn’t get my 23& me kit with the 3 month membership either… don’t know specific date this happened.
