I rang in to extend my travel insurance from european only to include asia. There was an additional premium to pay (which I expected) and it was not too much more.

I got your quote from confused.com…
I got your quote from confused.com which was a good price compared to others and my previous policy for the same cover. The process of buying the policy was easy to go through but the proof of a good buy will be if I ever need to call upon your services on my trips which are usually just to visit family.

Overall really great experience
Overall really great experience. I had Alamo essentially try and scam for a tiny scratch for the affordable price of 325€. Anyways, I filed a claim with Leisure Guard (AXA) and it was approved within a week via email. No hesitation or pushback. Very impressed! PLEASE 100% GET EXCESS INSURANCE ON A VEHICLE! You do not know what will happen, and its only around £10. It is so worth it. That £10 saved me 325€. Either way, great experience. Thank you! - Patrick

Good price and smooth experience ordering the policy. I later had to amend the end date of the policy and this was quickly and efficiently handled by the customer services girl I spoke to. I can't comment on the claims process as have not made a claim.
