Their policy wording is as clear as mud…
Their policy wording is as clear as mud - deliberately so imho. If you need cover for pre-declared preexisting medical conditions there is nothing explicit to say those pre-declared preexisting medical will actually be covered. Reading the policy it could be interpreted that they are exempt - making the policy worthless for pre-declared preexisting medical conditions. Everything has to be done by telephone as well so very inconvenient. Cancelled my policy within the cooldown period and went to another provider who explicitly stated the pre-declared preexisting medical conditions were covered.
