I've been invited to give a review. The only thing I can say is, the online process was very easy and straight forward. I can't comment on anything like making a claim or contacting their customer service. The price was very reasonable. For two people going to Egypt next February.

The questionnaire was well set out and easy to follow. Also we were able to go back and check everything before continuing to the end. Mainly, very good price in comparison with other brands. I hope not to need your services during our holiday, but have phone numbers easily accessible in an emergency.

Very easy to use and really cheap which is everything, they are the cheapest I found and to say I'm disabled person having suffered a stroke 3 year's ago, the majority of insurance companies charge in access of £200 or more, so far I'm very happy and only hope I don't need to claim anything.

Easy to arrange insurance for travel online and great service if you do need to speak to someone.

I was using a comparison site to identify possible Travel Insurance. Didn't know whether to go for a Single or Annual option. I was able to compare to two and Leisure Guard came out best in both cases. I was reassured by the AXA name(and the Rock Insurance which seems to be everywhere). The link to see details was easy to reach as was the payment option. I was given the option to opt out of an Annual policy Auto renew which made sense as I shall be 75( outside the age range for an Annual policy) when it expires
