Great support system!
The company is very transparent and supportive especially Chris who I’ve been working with. Great support system!

Learning People garners a generally positive reception, with many reviewers praising the excellent support and user-friendly learning resources. Customers frequently highlight the warm and friendly staff, noting that they feel well-supported throughout their learning journey. The ease of joining and the availability of assistance for inquiries are also frequently mentioned as strong points. However, some consumers express dissatisfaction with communication issues and concerns about course content and placement promises, indicating that the marketing may not align with the actual offerings. A few negative reviews mention outdated materials and a lack of follow-through on commitments. Overall, while many find value in the learning experience, there are notable concerns that potential customers should consider.

I cannot stress enough how amazing it was and easy to get things started I had an on point guy assisting me Stephen page he answered all questions and helped me through everything he was willing and able with loads of knowledge and so far it's been a stress free hassle free sign up.
Excellent course material and videos. Also excellent student care support.
Absolutely amazing, fast communication, easy to navigate applications and great study material. Highly recommend !
Very helpful
Ms Rachel Gilmour is the best, most informative career consultant I have had in my career journey. She understands her client and strategically assists in mapping the career highlights and exploring the job market!
So I was looking to get some new certifications and change my current career, I initially had a call with Toby Cowling who really took the time to understand me as an individual and if the course would be a good fit for myself. It must have been at least an hour that we spoke and he was no way pushy or hard selling about getting me enrolled, it seemed to me that he genuinely did care about what would be best for me and took time to explain the different parts of the course and the additional value adds that the Learning People had to offer. I initially couldn’t afford to pay for the full course and he explained that with a initial deposit I could still get part of the government funding that ended today and pay the full balance at the end of the month which has helped me save £700 on the course. I couldn’t speak highly enough of the personable and professional approach that Toby took with me and I would like to thank him for this, whilst hoping management will see this post and give him the appreciation he deserves! Thanks Toby! I can’t wait to get started with my course and see what else you guys have to offer
I wanted to cancel my course within a limit of fourteen days of cancellation because it was a totally different field for me and i found it hard to learn. Hambel Goodchild from the student care team helped me a lot. She cancelled my course and requested a full refund. Thank you so much hambel and mark for understanding my circumstances. I highly appreciate it.
Learning People Australia Unreliable, unethical company, worst customer service. sales person and the student care person try their best to make you pay by giving you wrong contract info. They will respond to your situation: oh death in the family please pay more, oh you going through a hardship we don't care we only see how we can make money by extending your subscription - disgusting They lie to you and deny your exam voucher by stating wrong information and force you to extend the subscription even though you completed the course with passing requirement on the portal. Please do not use them, you won't be far from regretting. ======================================== Thank you for your response, however, why wasn't I called to ask. 1) The first extension was because your learning people portal had changed and could not provide access to the new one, as an issue from your end you gave an extension not because of my situation etc, etc. 2) Next thing 2-month extension I agreed that you gave, but why is it that you deny my exam vouchers for the topics I have completed passing 80%? Why do I again pay for those? Can you answer that, nowhere in the contract or terms and conditions it is mentioned that I cannot ask for an exam voucher for courses I have passed with 80%. My subscription has ended to the portal I don't need access to it I need my exam vouchers for topics/courses I have passed before the subscription ended so I will not pay for those. 3) Also, the exam voucher you said given to me was because you stopped offering the change management foundation course, to avoid paying back to me you guys gave me the voucher so ... please know the complete truth before you respond. Again request you to provide my exam vouchers ethically and not ask money to subscribe to your online portal. Hope to receive a response soon.
The consultant who I spoke to was very kind and caring. Getting to know me and my background and making suggestions in courses that would benefit me. She really took the time to discuss and explain all the different options and services. When I had my induction, again, I was really impressed with how clearly I was directed and shown how to navigate the course and all the extra details I can expect.
The efforts and support from the NZ team, particularly Jessica Allan, Tamara Dunbar and Mikayla Davison was beyond my expectation. Their instant responses/replies to queries, problem solving and facilitating was great. Jessica always followed up on progress and provided aid if I was experiencing any struggles in my course. Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with truly felt that she was genuinely invested in my success in my courses. I had been through a number of student care consultants during my experiencewith Learning people. But Jessica really stood out and helped me get it all over the line. Truly grateful to the NZ team
I felt really supported from start to finish. The learning people are amazing. Alex Plummer is one of the best people I have met. A big thank you to the Learning people for helping me become a certified Project manager
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! I signed up for the Comptia Cyber Securty Course @ $5,610. It was a terrible decision and a big waste of money. I found the course material to be outdated, the videos were created several years ago. I complained but they didn’t get back to me till months later. I was told I can’t cancel or get a refund because I’m locked into a contract. This company has no conscience!!
The depth of materials, including tailored videos, access to numerous textbooks & audio books, step by step lab environments and exam simulations. On top of that there are interactive webinars, which I personally found extremely helpful and no doubt helped me prepare for exams and ultimately pass, (shout out to Jarrel Rivera). Everyone at The Learning People are so helpful, that is what has made the difference with my courses and studying, and made everything value for money. There are plenty of companies out there that promise you qualifications and high salary guarantees, but with The Learning People, the personal touch is what mattered, and they will do all they can to assist you with your learning!
I have recently completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certifications and am completing the Agile certification as I write. The Learning People have been supportive throughout my studies and when I went on leave and took a holiday for a month, my Student Care Consultant, Bryce, worked with me to extend my study period to allow me to complete the Agile certification. This is a standard of service and support seldom seen from today's teaching organisations, and I could not recommend The Learning People, any more highly.
Thank you Jack Shoebridge for being there everystep during my introductry phase. This really helped alot.
Wonderful experience with learning people. Could not pursue it due to personal reasons. Jack really understood my situation and gave additional help in getting me suitable payment options. Hope to get back soon on this track if I can. Keep up the great work…
The resources they provide via Percipio are good. PDFs of books, videos, mini tests for each module also mock examinations. The agents check in every now and then to see if you ready to take your exams. The only area I believe they lack is student support, as a student who has ADHD and dyslexia I struggled to keep up with studies. Even when we came up with solutions to help. The agents were not consistent with weekly check-ins and the resources they provided were quite poor (e.g. weekly study planner grid; if I can I'll attach the the document they sent. Quite poorly made) I would only recommend this course to anyone who is really good at independent study and absorbs information quite easily, because when it comes to providing accessibility assistance and screening students who may need it, they fail. Imagine paying £60 a month for 3 years (still paying it off until this day) to only have access to resources and unlimited exam retakes for a year. And you have to complete 3 courses in a year. In my case it was CompTIA+, Network+ and Office. I'll let the public decide if that's good deal or unrealistic and shooting yourself in the foot.
The Learning People is really fantastic. They provided valuable resources for me to pass my S+ exam with ease. Both the Student Care and the Career teams showed real interest and willingness to help. Notable among them are Steve Dhiman and Marisha Bashi who have been of great help in my career change; regularly providing quality feedbacks and relevant information.
The company was supportive of my learning and I particularly found my student care consultant very helpful. There is a time lag with some aspects of communication due to the company being global. For example, I'm in NZ and to get an exam code ordered, they would need to request it from the UK (took between 1-5 days to action). While completing the PRINCE2 Foundation, Practitioner & Prince2 Agile certifications, the online course content was well presented and easy to follow. Great to see how far I had progressed as I went through the content. Only a digital copy of the book was provided for the Practitioner exam and a hard copy was sent for the Prince2 Agile.
