Great products at good prices. Had an item arrive damaged with damaged packaging. replacement was with me within a day or so. Also find the blog posts handy as I'm new to HotTubs.

faster but not nice paking

I ordered my hot tub thermal cover very easily &within a couple of days it was delivered it makes a huge difference to the water & I also received a free foot wash that you wash your feet before entering the hot tub very happy with my purchase thank you 😀

Items delivered quickly, however plastic footbath was damaged due to inadequate packaging and possibly careless delivery driver. I contacted Lay Z Spa and a new one was delivered promptly and intact. It was however still inadequately packaged in my opinion. Will definitely use this company again.

Overall the shopping aspect with Lay-Z-Spa was very in good. The delivery was not so good! The first attempt at delivery was ‘lost’. The Customer Service at Lay-Z-Spa was very good and they immediately resent my order with an alternative courier. This order was attempted to be delivered when I was away and they wouldn’t leave it. The 2nd rearranged date was cancelled but the third attempt was, however, left with a neighbour.

Top service on a warranty claim! You couldn’t get any better tbh! 👍

Parcel went missing. Long and late delivery and no apology unlike TEMU who give a £4 compensation. Not even a gift. Shocking.

We’ve had countless issues with ours including the liner initially then the pump. The hot tub was just over 1 year old and seldom used when it developed these problems. Customer service are essentially online only and request copious amounts of video evidence before they will replace anything. We raised a ticket with them whilst in warranty and after a constant back and forth/battle, they claimed we were out of warranty - which by this point we were done with the whole thing. I feel a lot of these companies make it purposefully difficult to the point where you give up. It’s left a bitter taste and although we are looking at another, it certainly won’t be from lazyspa.

Great product absolutely love my Santorini spa love the design and the funky interior also like it has proper jets the size is so good and the height this in particular made us buy this one as a lot of them sit low, I’m in it everyday using the hydrotherapy for my condition.

Really disappointed that after purchasing the Mauritius airjet, we found you don’t sell a thermal cover that fits it! This cost us so much money to keep running that we couldn’t keep it working and had to deflate and pack it away. Considering this model is the biggest hot tub, can you put to production a thermal cover to save your customers money to run it please?

Service when you get through is great, efficient and easy! You lose a star because of the long long wait until someone answers the enquiry line! That or you hang up in frusta! It is poor and reflects badly on Lay Z Spa!!

Love the 3for 2 offers, plus a free gift after the last order. The thermal cover is worth the money as it helps to keep the heat in.

Quality of the product itself is great. But delivery of the 5 items in the order was messy. Came on separate days , but no idea which bits were coming first .

The light I brought doesn't light up the hot tub at all

Having purchased another spa and accessories and this time a foam wall construction we have been struggling with keeping the water clear. Having researched tips and information on how to keep good water health we purchased Lay Z spa testing strips which are extremely simple to measure the 3 main levels required along with Chlorine crystals, fast acting tablets, clear spa and chemical measuring kit. These have been vital in getting better longevity with one fill keeping the water clean, healthy and clear. We have put 100% trust in the products that lay Z spa provide and these have been a massive benefit till maintaining our spa with regular use. Highly recommended

Promised ourselves a hot tub once garden was ready . Spent loads of time doing research into so many hot tubs , features, price, etc . Finally decided to order Lay z Spa Maldives. Also bought extra insulated outer cover. Item came quickly. We put it up , directions are in the form of pictures on the cardboard box lid ! So when we’d finished and had a few bits left over , we were concerned we’d put it up wrong. Went back over the pictures, but the bits we had were for draining the tub . Filled, put chlorine shock in, then waited……… It’s now been up 4 weeks, and we’ve been in every other day , from 30 minutes to 2 hours , and different times of the day and night. We are thrilled with it . We bought 2 extra floating tub lights from Amazon, as the ones that came with it only come on when the hydro jets are on, and we like to sit in with out them on . Have mostly managed to keep the water clear, changing the filter each time we’ve used it , and testing the water , and putting in chlorine. We live in a very hard water area, so are finding we need to use a bit extra . It’s early days ( just 4 weeks up) , but would have no hesitation in recommending this hot tub. Not sure whether we’ll leave it up or dismantle for the winter , given how cold it will be and the extra cost of keeping it heated .
