We’ve had countless issues with ours…
We’ve had countless issues with ours including the liner initially then the pump. The hot tub was just over 1 year old and seldom used when it developed these problems. Customer service are essentially online only and request copious amounts of video evidence before they will replace anything. We raised a ticket with them whilst in warranty and after a constant back and forth/battle, they claimed we were out of warranty - which by this point we were done with the whole thing. I feel a lot of these companies make it purposefully difficult to the point where you give up. It’s left a bitter taste and although we are looking at another, it certainly won’t be from lazyspa.
