Great time in England The school was beautiful in a great location I really enjoyed classes canteen teachers everything But what I really loved was the family I really felt at home

I wanted to improve my French and wanted to study in Paris. I contacted LSI and received a reply from Kristele Auer who answered my questions and provided materials from LSI to help me make my class choices. Kristele provided me with exceptional service throughout my application process. I chose to take General French and Art History. Once at LSI I decided to add a conversation class. In every city around the world where LSI operates its students have the chance to learn a language in a cultural setting which enhances language learning. Whether you are in university, want to become fluent, or need a refresher course, LSI is structured to meet the unique individual needs of each student. You can study for any length of time and the curriculum is full of cultural content, grammar, vocabulary and a variety of exercises to reinforce your learning. I believe that anyone who attends an LSI school will have the best language learning experiences of their life.

Infelizmente, minha experiência com essa empresa foi péssima! Fui atendida por um brasileiro, através de email e confiei nas informações recebidas. Durante todo o período de contratação para o Curso de Italiano, em Florença, na Escola IL DAVID, as informações eram enviadas de forma rápida e satisfatória, o que atendia a meus interesses. Decidi fazer a inscrição, mesmo achando estranho ter que pagar o Curso na totalidade! Fui ingênua, na realidade! Deveria ter insistido em receber um contrato! Ao chegar em Florença, fui acometida por uma forte gripe, não podendo comparecer à Escola, na primeira semana de aulas. Na manhã do início do curso, procurei por ajuda médica, fui internada e liberada apenas no final da tarde! Imediatamente, solicitei à LANGUAGE INTERNATIONAL o cancelamento do Curso. A primeira informação é de que a Escola enviaria um reembolso de 50% do valor pago e solicitaram meus dados bancários. Ok. Não achei justo o reembolso de apenas 50%, mas aceitei! Dois dias depois, sem uma resposta, entrei em contato e a informação já não era de um reembolso, mas que eu deveria pagar uma taxa, para transferir a data de início do curso, caso tivesse interesse! Respondi que não tinha interesse, pois, por motivos de saúde, estaria retornando ao Brasil. As respostas não eram enviadas com tanta rapidez como no período da contratação. Depois, veio outra informação, de que eu teria um voucher para ser utilizado até o final deste ano. Finalmente, no final da semana, veio a informação de que, infelizmente, a Escola não pagaria o reembolso, pois as aulas já haviam começado e o Curso só pode ser cancelado com o prazo de 20 (vinte) dias antes do início das aulas e que, portanto, não haveria nenhum reembolso!!!! Fiquei decepcionada com a atitude da Language International... não apenas por não ter direito a um reembolso, mesmo que parcial e não entendendo como é possível isso não ocorrer por motivos de saúde, mas também pela demora nas respostas e na incongruência das informações! Regras são regras, mas há regras sem fundamento, pois como uma pessoa pode saber que terá problemas de saúde com 20 dias de antecedência? Portanto, sugiro que, caso tenha interesse em contratar essa empresa, procure ter um contrato, pois foi aí que errei! E, infelizmente, hoje devemos investigar a empresa, antes de contratá-la, pois algumas não se envergonham de ficar com seu dinheiro, mesmo que você não tenha usufruído do que elas oferecem! Foi uma lição... um pouco cara... mas uma lição para a vida!!!!

This has been one of the most incredible experiences! The professors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful. I attended 5 days of classes and my skill level was noticeably improved. They have a class for everyone whether you’re a beginner or advanced. I have committed to continuing my lessons online with my professor until I can return in the fall. This program is well worth the investment!

Staff was very responsive in answering questions. The school I attended in Queretaro Mexico was just what I wanted. I appreciated the opportunity to buy additional health insurance and the 1 month Babbel was a plus. If I wanted to go to another language school, I would go through Language International.

I have used LI service altogether 5 times for my French/ Russian/Arabic language learning in France, Canada, Russia and Morocco. What I like of LI is the excellent selection of the schools, the descriptions of the school, the courses and the facilities provided by the school fully based on facts, so I can trust the programs provided by the LI. I also fully appreciate the courtesy, patience and professionalism of LI representative. The answer from LI is always prompt and to the point.

It was the first time I took a course in Almeria(Spain) Paolo and Michele helped me to realise this journey and they followed me every day. So I took a spanish course for my job and it was successful. I reccomand their support if you want to stay a period abroad because they give you all the information you need.

Les professeurs de l’école OISC sont efficaces, bienveillants et excellents. L’ambiance est très sympathique. Ma fille a vraiment fait de gros progrès en anglais (compréhension, vocabulaire, oral, communication, construction des phrases, accent etc...). Les activités proposées l’après-midi étaient aussi très bien et très variées, vraiment intéressantes (musée, visites, etc...) ou relaxantes (basket-ball, volley-ball, punting, tennis...). C’est très plaisant pour les étudiants de l’école. En tant que parent, je suis enchantée de voir que ce stage a rempli et même dépassé mes attentes. Ce fut donc une belle découverte et une expérience très positive et épanouissante pour mon adolescente à Oxford. L’école et les professeurs, avec toute l’équipe, sont à recommander chaleureusement.

I benefited greatly from the 4-week in-person semi-intensive language class with Christian. (Who also teaches virtual classes if you are interested.) Sainte-Anne offers the perfect language retreat. The people, location, and local amenities pair well with an intensive language learning experience - work hard and then relax by the sea. The classroom space is inviting, open, comfortable, and safe. He uses integrated learning technologies, movie clips, curriculum, and worksheets, and offers plenty of opportunities to engage in casual conversations, and ask questions, and genuinely is an amazing and kind human being, who is diligent in everything he does, is very open and accepting of people and cultures, knows French, Spanish, German, and English, is traveled, and who most importantly is a person who wants to share his passion for the French language and culture. Christian is also very adaptive to individual learning and scheduling needs, as well as sensitive to the mind and body needs of sitting down several hours a day to learn a language. He does this by offering amazing homemade shakes, and espresso, or letting you wander around the room admiring its decor, artifacts, pictures, books, and language resources. If you are willing and interested he is very willing to share his passion for tango and exploring Guadeloupe on weekend adventures, hikes, and beach visits. There are moments after returning home that I find myself yearning to return to those language-learning days, simple routines, sounds of roosters, and the French and Creole languages floating around me like a welcoming sea breeze. Please don't overthink it, just come to Guadeloupe, you will have no regrets only a reward for the experience and memories that may bring you back for more. The Language International team was very responsive to my emails and questions as well as helpful ensuring I had everything in order before my travels. They also reach out for feedback to ensure their program and teachers are effective. I highly recommend Language International to any language learner who wants an immersive experience in person or online.

Non sapevo da dove iniziare per trovare un corso di spagnolo a Siviglia che facesse al caso mio, per questo mi sono affidata a Language International! Fortunatamente ho avuto un consulente eccezionale, Paolo. In 2 giorni ha trovato il corso che faceva per me, dandomi tutte le info e rispondendo alle mie domande in tempi record! Si è interessato molto a tutte le mie esigenze e lo ringrazio per questo! Grazie :)

I have had a fantastic experience and have improved a lo my speaking and writing Ialian skills at Giacomo Pucinni International Languages Institute. The staff, the tutors and everyone involved in sorting my accommodation out for the 3 weeks while I was studying have been very helpful and always ready to help or give me advice. There are lots of options of where to stay and the school itself it is located centrally in Viareggio for ready access to all the students. I personally chose to homestay in a flat owned by a wonderful italian lady for my last 2 weeks in school and I have had more opportunities to improve my italian by talking and socialising with her and her husband. I would gladly recommend Giacomo Pucinni, many thanks to everyone for their efforts and special thanks and appreciation to my tutors Gabriella and Serena. They are both very professional, experienced, explicit and clear while teaching Italian in the class! I have thoroughly enjoyed it and I have made lovely friends all over the world. French course in the South of France Language International made it possible and easy to stymudy French in Cannes. The team was always available and quick at answering all my questions. Through them I also had the opportunity to extend my course even after the first week, without any problem. I would really raccomand it to everyone looking for great assistance!

I bought a Japanese course in Osaka for me and my boyfriend! The experience with Language international has been great, all the staff is so kind and active in answering emails! The experience in the school was great so I am really grateful to the staff for having supported me in this journey!

Bonjour, je cherchais un organisme qui puisse organiser le séjour linguistique de mon fils de 22 ans à Auckland et c'est une totale réussite. LI a répondu à toutes les attentes, de très bons cours ainsi que la résidence étudiante juste à côté. Il y est encore actuellement, très heureux et il progresse beaucoup. Je tiens à préciser que nous avons traversé une situation compliquée, suite aux inondations de ce début d'année et que LI a été d'une réactivité formidable, il a fallu réorganiser le séjour en urgence, le décaler, trouver des solutions, le suivi a été exemplaire et je remercie Valériane qui a été formidable! Je recommande cet organisme.

I was told that I can’t study English in the UK on a visitor visa, therefore I asked for a refund and I was told by Jose Lara that they have canceled the payment i made and no charge will be charged to my card, however the money £828 was taken out from my account and I have been chasing Jose and language international for a refund but no one is answering my emails anymore. These people are scammers please avoid at any cost. I will do everything possible to get my money back and stop other people from getting scammed

From the first moment before even arriving, my experience was first class. They accommodated my unique needs, and I learned at a rate I did not believe possible. I am looking forward to my next month at their school

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Berlin while studying German for a 5 weeks course. I found the staff very helpful and always available to answer questions and the teacher was the good one to progress with confidence. I was a beginner and I can already get by in the city on a daily basis. I am so glad. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again for my next level language learning. I hope very soon !
