What did i even expectd from an online frelance banking… I ddnt like my experience here. For people who are used to traditional banking system, when everything is not online — dont waste you time here

I think it's safe to say this company…

I think it's safe to say this company was an exit scam. Multiple people report suspicious account closures by one person, "Colin." I fortunately did not deposit any money into my Lance account when it still existed, but others have not been so lucky and have gotten scammed out of thousands of dollars. I tore up my Lance card about a week ago. The app no longer exists on the AppStore, their Instagram has been abandoned since 2022 and their website is similarly dead. This company should be investigated.

Lance has sent me a check but I couldn't get it cashed and that's not right I've messaged them over and over again because I took the check to ace check cashing here in Lumberton NC and they said they can't verify it so I messaged them to call them and verify it so I can cash it and get my money my messages is ignored

I've had the account open for 2 years and only started using it recently. I had one single transaction and they closed my account. Now I have $35.52 that I cannot access. And they will not let me transfer it out. This bank is a scam 100%. Avoid

Haven’t used that much and I’m kind of…irritated

Haven’t used that much and I’m kind of confused cause I was told my account was closed for no reason but yeah it’s so open and I just want even know I should even activate the debit card you guys sent me what is the status of my account I’m kind of confused I don’t see the point in even it’s time to use your your point of cell system if you are telling me that it’s close so but then again going back and then re rehrasing that and turning into you oh no it’s open and now I have to take survey survey based on my experience but how is that possible if you told me my account is closed so please I kind of like you know somebody me him and explain to me exactly what the Hells going on with my account the current status of it even though there’s been no transactions on it whatsoever for anna so there should be no reason I should be close so yeah I’m kind of confused and just get back to me as soon as possible because this is really irritating and yeah if you don’t get back to me soon then I guess Lance was not a match

Run for your life

Run for your life. Like many others I recently had a transaction pop up that wasn’t mine and realized my card was compromised. It seems only one person actually works here hence why it takes 10 years for an email response. Don’t expect a customer service person to pick up the phone either. Random dude froze my account because I reported a transaction as unauthorized and had to order a new card. I have never seen a bank do that before and this makes them very suspicious. Something is most definitely off about this bank and I would not recommend people actually use it. Customer service seems to be based in the middle of no where or non existent at all. These folks should be reported to the authorities.

When I had an issue and reported it to the only rep that seems to work there, he froze my account. What kind of financial institution does this with out cause nor warning? DO NOT USE THIS APP ! Never keep your money where it is not safe! One should not be penalized for excercising their legal rights by some rogue, miserable and fake banking rep.

I love the access that I have to…

I love the access that I have to allocate my funds between the stacks. The fact that I have the option to allow Lance to take care of my taxes makes it easier for me to conduct business and not have to worry about not staying up on my taxes. And finally the fact that I can send invoices and give my customers a link to pay their bill thru the app and from their personal devices makes them more comfortable and apt to not have to put their personal credit card information in my device.

I just Filled my LLC and lost lance while not even working.

I have slowly been switching from W2 wage based income to now this year looks to be a full freelance employment tax year for myself as well as my spouse. I have been out of work about a month with an injury during witch time I made the choice to file my own LLC it is C&G Textiles LLC I went to go check out the updates I saw in an email as we all know the self employment payment processors market is crap stripe is everywhere PayPal is unreliable and these half one and the other have be charged a higher rate for a half ass put together platform yes I’m talking about Goldman Sac’s Persona! App so of course if I had that new lance Acc I can only really speculate but I’m positive u likely won’t have such high fees or take 4 days to process a debit card payment all and all I have had my lance account from the start of my self employment life change though one thing you failed me on is debit card support apparently u have two kind of support staff the ones who help with virtual debit cards then the other respectively with that said I got angry after finding my lost physical Lance debit card I just took a sharpie and wrote the virtual debit card number on the canceled physical card this of course makes it harder to use the account for purchases but your ability to get most ACHs out in less then 6hours I just tapped over my lance card so my sharpie virtual/physical lance card would remain almost as useful as a replacement debit card but overall I understood my plan for lance in the long was just to take the money we make pass it through to me and do ACH for my spouses pay and bam as we make more money I’m able to put a finger on overall income and with that the kind of tax liability we may have and if it’s a package I’ll do my invoices with lance stop persona and get my taxes paid and accept payments under one subscription. I need to find something that fits if it’s not lance that’s your choice just give me the respect of an email not when I successfully log in I see my account is closed. Meanwhile now it’s super late and I was trying to take a payment to see if I could have gotten rid of that Persona app.. I prefer my ownsite is new but check it out cngtex.com if the choice is final please tell me what’s suspicious and do u think the way lance operates example not canceling and sending new cards virtual or otherwise if that could have caused this “suspicion” For me lance has been the thing I know I would need when it mattered here’s that once appon of time.
