Run for your life. Like many others I recently had a transaction pop up that wasn’t mine and realized my card was compromised. It seems only one person actually works here hence why it takes 10 years for an email response. Don’t expect a customer service person to pick up the phone either. Random dude froze my account because I reported a transaction as unauthorized and had to order a new card. I have never seen a bank do that before and this makes them very suspicious. Something is most definitely off about this bank and I would not recommend people actually use it. Customer service seems to be based in the middle of no where or non existent at all. These folks should be reported to the authorities.
