I order a rainbow battery and still haven't got it it's been a month now and haven't seen any package and no tracking for it

Scam! Avoid at all costs. I’ve been waiting for 24 days and counting, and my item still shows as in stock. The responses have been very slow, and I haven’t received any viable tracking numbers. I've been “waiting for details” for three weeks now, but USPS has never received the package. I've been ignored by Chris.

Ever since I order with Kush Cargo Staff was very helpful. Quick response, great customer service and lots of patience by getting to the bottom of your issue with your purchase. I want to thank Chris for guiding me in all the changes and support with my orders. Sometimes is how much you know how to use such high tech dab solution. Always ask if in doubt they will guide you through.

Spent lots of money on this site only to be disappointed in the customer service. One of the items I ordered was sold out, Chris reached out asking if I’d consider another color. I agreed on an alternate color and was assured it would ship out next day. Fast forward… 2 weeks go by. Email from me asking about order status. Crickets. Days go by…. Email from me again, received response 2 days later. Chris again stated it would be shipped. Doesn’t explain wtf he and the others have been doing in the meantime. Probably having parties with all the money they have taken from consumers. 6 weeks later, my order arrives. Crappy customer service. Chris needs some retraining. Only shopping from Big Mo’s from now on.

Ordered stuff never got a shipping notice, reached out after a week and they tell me they never had it in stock. Place is a scam. They show everything in stock to try and get you to change to something else.

Just the worst experience from the start. This company sucks, their customer service is awful. I will NEVER order again.

If I could give the site zero stars I would I placed my order on April 12 was told on April 19 that the order would be shipping. It’s now April 26 and the order has still not shipped. I’ve sent five emails. They don’t get replied to this is the worst company I have ever seen. I doubt I will see my order or my money back. Stay away from this site.

Kush Cargo is a company of scammers. March 10th I had placed an order for an OOZE bot pen battery. They told me after 2 days after placing my order that they were out of the product and asked me if I wanted to wait or get a refund. Obviously I wanted the pen battery I ordered 2 days prior to being asked. 2 weeks go by without any follow up, so I email them what the expectancy is because OOZE was restocking the same product for cheaper. At this point they read my email and ghost me for 6 days until I sent another email saying that I wanted my refund. It has been 2 months and they never sent any refund and have yet to respond to any of my emails. Even with being reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Had received half my order an 2 weeks for the first half an probably another 1 to 2 for the other half.

They came through, took a little while but I got my tracking

Wish I could give negative stars. Order placed for M7 xl they showed in stock. Ordered on 2/28/25. Went days without tracking. After emailing them giving me the run around they finally sent me a package of 4 cones boxes as a “gift”. Dude I don’t even smoke. I use vaporizers. Said the color I ordered was out of stock. So I agreed to change from Rosium to the ObsiduM. Days went by again and had to send like the 8th email to this scam of a company. They told me this morning at like 10am they would get ahold of there TX warehouse as I should have a tracking number by now. Just blowing smoke up my A#* I’m sure so they can fraudulently steel my money thinking I’ll wait to do a charge back. Sent them a email again tonight giving them till noon on Friday 3/14/25 to refund my order or ship what I paid for. Stay away from Kush-Scam Cargo. I bet I’ve sent 10 or more emails. It’s been almost two weeks. What a joke of a company.

My order number was #55406 they still haven’t shipped my packed and it’s been over a week. They have only replied to one of my emails saying the order was going out that day but it never did. I still don’t know if I’m getting my item I paid $50 and I’m probably going to have to contact my bank if It dosent get shipped

Feb 26th I placed my order. February 28th I asked for an ETA because I wanted to see if I could get it for a party because this was a gift. March 4th I received an email stating that my order was fulfilled in my problem was solved. It's now March 11th, and my purchase finally came and it was the wrong order. I purchased three items and there was only one item in the bag and it was the incorrect item. I sent my emails to the company and I'm waiting for a response. This is the worst experience I've had with an online retailer in years. I feel like I'm not going to receive the right order so I'm getting ready to file a claim with my credit card company. You can't talk to anybody you can only communicate via email and they don't respond fast enough.

Don't listen to the negative comments. Trust me when I tell you they are 100% legit. I received nothing but excellent customer service. I been collecting glass since 1996 so I take this very serious. I ordered the Christmas Tree dab rig and this piece looks so bad ass in person I'm gonna order another one as soon as I'm finish with this review. So like I said don't be hesitant to order they have nothing but quality products and some of the best customer service I have ever received.

I ordered a 510 pen. They told me it was out of stock for 1 week but they would sent it when it arrived and I would recieve the tracking info. I waited a week and a half with no updates, reached out again, and was told it still wasnt in stock and to choose something else. I chose a different product for 7 dollars less, was told I would recieve tracking, and got nothing. I reached out 4 days later and was told they are also out of that product. The whole business is shady and seems like they are counting on running the clock out to make returns and payment disputes as difficult as possible.

Diamond glass breaker 8inch water pipe was a birthday gift for a loved one, the item advertised and what I received was not all together the same thing the bowl pictured on their website was not what I received,the color I thought I picked wasn't what was shipped after about four days waiting for a email for confirmation of shipment I went ahead and emailed the customer service representative to get an idea of what was going on I was notified that they would have it shipped from one of their warehouses in the same state I lived in to help speed up the process was told it would be two day shipping through UPS it was more like four shipped through USPS was past the birthday of my loved one wrong color wrong bowl contacted customer service representative again and was told colors are random when it say on their website colors may vary depending on monitor I checked again to make sure they did however send the bowl that was advertised never got notified of the replacement part being shipped had to email them once again to even find out when I needed to keep an eye out for it not to pleased with the experience over all decent customer service though

Ordered on 1/30/25 paid $12 for express shipping. It’s now 2/7/25 and my order has not been shipped. Communication has been absolute minimal I had to reach out and see why my order had not shipped Tuesday. They didn’t even have what I ordered in stock so they offered me the newer version free of charge told me it would be shipped via ups 2 day. On Wednesday they created a label. It’s now Friday and the package still has not been shipped out/given to UPS..

Had a very minor problem with my order (wrong color) and they went above and beyond to make it right! The reply was nearly immediate. Definitely my go to place to order!
