Diamond glass breaker 8inch water pipe…
Diamond glass breaker 8inch water pipe was a birthday gift for a loved one, the item advertised and what I received was not all together the same thing the bowl pictured on their website was not what I received, the color I thought I picked wasn't what was shipped after about four days waiting for a email for confirmation of shipment I went ahead and emailed the customer service representative to get an idea of what was going on I was notified that they would have it shipped from one of their warehouses in the same state I lived in to help speed up the process was told it would be two day shipping through UPS it was more like four shipped through USPS was past the birthday of my loved one wrong color wrong bowl contacted customer service representative again and was told colors are random when it say on their website colors may vary depending on monitor I checked again to make sure they did however send the bowl that was advertised never got notified of the replacement part being shipped had to email them once again to even find out when I needed to keep an eye out for it not to pleased with the experience over all decent customer service though
