Great shoes, really comfortable

Very easy website to use, I found what I wanted quickly and ordering/delivery was very good, the boots ordered were lightweight and comfy to wear.

The wait was a week and a half but so worth it the shoes are great I love my boots and they fit flat feet well!

The order arrived in the agreed upon timeframe, I feel like a a monster high doll when I wear them, but I REALLY recommend sizing up. It was a bit tight even a size up. Also weirdly enough they are shoes that feel more comfy when walking than sitting down. The longer I sat in them the more they hurt. Easy to get dirty too, and I'm not sure how to clean them. Other than that, literally my perfect mary jane.

Amazing fit and amazing look!

The shoes were exactly as they were presented in the website. They're super cute and comfortable, of course not best for walking long distances but I wear them at work and feel comfortable with them.

Product was great! Arrived a little late, but that was due to USPS and the customer service team reached out to me fast after I let them know I had not yet received my shoes. I will 100% be buying from here again.

The package got sent around usps like twice before actually being delivered to me , however my shoes weren't damaged and came around so in the end it wasn't the worst.

Been waiting for these to come back in stock for a model friend since xmas and it was definatly worth it she loved them and will be ordering different styles in the future

updated: The shoes were very cute. I bought the sunflower Mary Janes from the frederic collaboration. i had a bit of a breakage issue when they arrived but have since had some prompt and wonderful results from the customer service team so will be buying again in the future. fingers crossed no broken buckles this time ☺️

Bought many shoes from Koi, they are good quality and very unique. Service and delivery always prompt. Love their shoes

I received my order and the shoes are super pretty, unfortunately I ordered a pair in the wrong size and once I found the phone number on the Koi website I reached out and they sent a link for me to return the shoes via Royal Mail. It was a very easy process with the parcel being collected the next day. Once I have received my refund I will definitely be buying the boots in the correct size.

I never receive my refund. They said they’d process my order 3 weeks ago but since then they’ve not been responding. The shoes quality is very bad nothing like the picture I won’t recommend.
