The shoes are extremely cute, and way more comfortable than I thought they were going to be. Shipping was a little weird, but overall really decent shipping time. Extremely excited to buy more things. :)

Website didn't show that the shoes were out of stock before I ordered them, it took so long for me to be notified that I didn't have time to get new shoes for school. 0/10 don't recommend if your relying on having the shoes at a certain time

Awesome pair of shoes that are incredibly comfortable and stylish! The shoe design is really striking and has gotten me a lot of compliments with the extra decorations being such a fun touch without being too obnoxious. I love how much noise they make when I walk and I've worn them out quite a bit with them not once breaking or causing discomfort. Will definitely purchase from here again :D

I've probably got more than 20 pairs of Koi boots and shoes by now, and they are all consistently good quality, comfortable, and frequently weird looking, which I love. It's not an addiction when it's necessary.

Design is absolutely adorable. Only thing is that the material feels a-bit cheap compared to the price point. But might be because I’ve only ever owned leather shoes and this material is a type of plastic. The eyelet quality is nice, and the shoe gives a good height. For comfort they are pretty decent , but I’d still buy a shoe insole . These shoes feel like a statement piece and probably something you wouldn’t wear everyday, as I feel they’d get worn quickly. I was disappointed that my shoe box came damaged as I’m a collector. I’d recommend the shoe for any Miku fans who really wants them, but for the price point it can steer fans away from it. Also I paid 40 CAD for shipping to Canada for any Canadians. Rating 3.5

I think it's was really cool collaborating with hatsune miku as cisolays have a nice wear of shoes and not having to wear really cheap plastic ones. These are perfect and I will be buying the knee high ones when they drop x

I'm in-between 3 and 4 stars, so take it as 3,5 ha ha! The designs are adorable, but i do find it incredibly sad that there is little size range when it comes to the shoes, on the bigger side. I want so many of them, but very little of their shoes are in the UK 10 size, you're lucky if you even find a UK 9! I would love it if they could maybe consider doing pre-orders or a free interest registration for bigger sizes for each individual shoe. That way, they can see over the course of maybe 1, 3 or 6 months (depending on if it's a collab, limited edition or a regular drop.) what shoes they should produce bigger sizes for, and which ones they would be better off manufacturing smaller sizes for. I think it is also a great way to know for the future, once you have gathered enough data, which collabs/styles usually attract bigger shoes size audiences! 💓 Anyways, that's my only gripe with KOI! LOVE THE BRAND! But please please please, give us bigger sized girlie's some cute shoes tooooooo! 😭🥺 All the love and adoration, Aiden-Quinn! <3
