Left and right shoe weren't the same size. Right was so much bigger although they had the same number written in the back😐

Absolutley love my shoes, this is my second purchase and I will keep coming back, even got my sister to get a pair and she loves them. Love the style, love the brand and love the inclusivity in their brand.

As someone who has been a long time buyer from koi (over 7 pairs of shoes some of which i wore for years and still wear till date) it's very sad to see the drop in quality over the years. My most recent shoes were purchased just over 8 months ago which has gradually collapsed in that time period meanwhile my way older pairs that have been through a lot more rigor are still holding on strong. I really loved koi as they were one of the first brands that made cute shoes accessible for larger feet but will now need to re-evaluate purchasing when it no longer of a quality that can withstand even half the wear of some of my older shoes

Ho ordinato delle scarpe Koi ma dopo una settimana non ci sono notizie sulla spedizione. Entrando sul sito col login vedo che l' ordine è "pendente" senza nessun'altra indicazione. Inoltre non è indicato il metodo di spedizione e il corriere utilizzato ( cosa molto inusuale direi ).Il pagamento però è arrivato ( è stato fatto con PayPal) peccato però che nella transazione non ci sono dati né indirizzo dell azienda,ma solo un nome cinese. leggendo poi le altre recensioni non mi è sembrato un negoziante affidabile,per cui ho chiesto il rimborso.

I’ve bought 5 pairs of Koi Boots so far. Absolutely love them, without a doubt the most comfortable boots I’ve worn. I waited a while to post a review purely to see how they held up. I recently went to London and wore a pair. Did over 20k steps and not a pinch. I will say they are not as hard wearing as some other brands - I wore a pair clearing out a garage and have scuffed them beyond repair but lesson learned on that score. I did have an issue and contacted customer service who were great, courteous and helpful.

These are my 3rd pair of koi, platform trainers and every single one are beautiful, comfortable and go great with so many outfits, not to mention how pretty the boxes they come in are. All around, a wonderful purchase and definitely worth it

The Miku Mary Janes are so lovely, and true to size. The pattern is lowkey but effective and the packaging is a nice touch. A Vocaloid x KOI drop is a dream come true!
