Great training. Trainer ( Praveen) was excellent, had good insights and experience in the industry. Very engaging trainer and covered a range of topics which appealed to everyone. Praveen had passion for training & there was a great balance between theory and practical examples and the concepts were clearly and professionally explained. Many things to think about from a new perspective in ITIL V4. All topics were relevant to the ‘real world’ happenings around us and lots to work on practically in changing the value Co-creation Model. Poonam & Knowlathon team over all organised the training well, materials were good. Not bad a venue selection. No challenges for parking. To summarise, very well paced sessions with genuine interest in a small group by an experienced, confident and highly skilled trainer. Absolutely wonderful workshop, the best one i did !!

ITIL 4 Foundation, Great examples given by trainer, Trainer is very knowledgeable, interaction was good. Understood the concept of ITIL. Sample question were provided. Overall good management, efficient enough. I would recommend to everyone for ITIL.

No clear instructions were provided for online payment. We had an option to do cash payment for the fees, but no representative approached or communicated to collect the cash in 3 days training and on fourth day they forced to make online payment and due to which 4% tax was applied, and it was not mentioned earlier while doing an online payment procedure. I have asked to refund my extra amount which was deducted as tax as it was there fault, but they are not responsive at all.

The real life examples of how the trainer faced service management and project management challenges and how they were solved was excellent support from Knowlathon IT services. Knowlathon is the right place for certifications.Very experienced faculty.Superb!
