This is my very first experience doingโฆ
This is my very first experience doing an NVQ online. And what a great experience it was, my teacher/Assessor was Syed, a very professional individual who was very clear and helpful during every part of the course. His teaching techniques made me use my own initiative and his guidance was very clear and easy to follow. Thanks so much for all your help Syed. Youโre a credit to Knights Learning

Poor
The course venue did not provide any refreshments. The room was for 8 delegates but the was 19 squeezed in to the room. The air conditioning in the room did not work and there was no windows in the room that could open, so we spent the 2 day sitting in 24' heat. The meeting room next door being used sounded like the supporters at a football match , we had to keep stopping as we could not hear the instructor.
